Hotel Miage — Hotel in Charvensod

I have travelled a lot all around the world but this hotel if one can say that is a hotel is the worst I have been ever been. The room full of dust, bathroom no shampoo or clean towels. I had severe allergy when I entered the room. Found out that under the bed there was a dog/cat carry cot full of fur and hair. It was there for a long time because it was covered with dust.

Breakfast is the worst one can imagine. Bread was dry and the only thing that could be eaten was the dessert cakes.

Dinner- I would not recommend to anybody. No knowledge of how to cook and serve plates. Chicken was swimming in oil and water in plate, pasta was not cooked properly. On one evening I did not take the main course. The waiter took my plate after 20 mins and she gave same plate to another person. (Not even the aborigines do like that)

The chef was rude and when spoken in Italian, French or English he tried to give the impression that he is not understanding.

We went with a group from Malta and I would make it a point that this tour (groups) will not continue to use this hotel.

Worst experience ever.

Also in our group a big number of them started vomiting and with diarrhea due to the very poor food...

Premetto che se pago ( 150 euro notte ) pretendo i servizi , d' accordo che siamo a ferragosto arrivati il 14 ripartiti il 16 agosto ma questo non deve prevenire di chiedere questi costi quando non trovo i servizi di un hotel ( 3 stelle ) o meglio : camera con arredi arrangiati , senza telefono per contattare sia la reception o nel caso di necessità altre persone , parte del soffitto camera con pannelli aperti , due tavolini ( stile ikea ) come comodini , ante armadio con cerniere staccate , balcone comunicanti dai vicini diviso solo da uno steccato in legno anche rotto e appoggiato in terra di 1 metro di altezza , pertanto zero privacy quello che tu dici viene ascoltato da tutti i presenti sui balconi idem per loro , se fumano ti devi anche respirare il tutto. Andiamo avanti , reception gestita presumo a livello famigliare o non si sa come , alcune volte sono sceso e non vi era nessuno presente , ti viene dato un codice di apertura porta hotel per il rientro serale o notturno perché la reception non è presente in notturno e questo già penalizza un 3 stelle , se succede qualcosa di notte chi chiamo visto che non esiste neanche un telefono in camera ? Proseguiamo , le testate del letto staccate dal muro dove si vede un biadesivo di non tenuta , questo è inaccettabile e solo questo dettaglio porta a richiedere almeno il 50% dei costi pagati , porta balcone che non chiude se non con un chiavistello metallico , in bagno troviamo asciugamani e 1 micro saponetta e 2 micro flaconcini di shampo il secondo giorno nulla non è stata messa neanche la carta igienica , letto rifatto alla garibaldina , sono dovuto partire e cercare qualcuno per averne un rotolo di carta igienica visto che in receptionnon c'era nessuno , ma vi pare logico ? Non c'è un bar interno non c'è un ristorante o meglio è presente a fianco ma ci viene detto che è chiuso poi da come è tenuto si deduce che è chiuso da tempo , una struttura non piccola ma tenuta e gestita male ancor peggio sentire personale che discute ad alta voce nel giardino sottostante dichiarando problemi su problemi nell'hotel cose che un cliente non dovrebbe neanche sentire , mi spiace personalmente solo di aver speso male i soldi e non poco , sono deluso ho fatto reclamo a booking perché ho prenotato con loro , ma pagare un giusto prezzo sarebbe in questo stato 70 euro giorno e non 150 che è un furto ! Dimenticavo , nessuna fattura mi è stata lasciata se non lo scontrino fiscale della tassa soggiorno al termine del soggiorno , ho girato molto ma una struttura cosi fatiscente mai trovata , le foto danno evidenza di quanto scritto. We only stayed here one night as we were en-route to Lake Como, however we were told they were unable to offer us breakfast the next morning and to leave the key as we left as there wouldn’t be anyone there as it was near the end of the season! The room was very dark and the bed and in particular the pillow was one of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever experienced! The hotel was very dark throughout and kind of eerie as we knew there was hardly anyone there! The photos on the website showed pretty flowers in the window boxes too and these were completely empty and not even the boxes remained.
