This is a very beautiful, comfortable family run hotel in Moena. The bedrooms are comfortable with large bathrooms and plenty of storage space for a skiing holiday. There is a good ski room with efficient boot warmers although it could be a little crowed on a busy day. There is a secure not too crowded underground garage for those who drive to the resort. It is perhaps not the most convenient location. There is one bus stop right outside the hotel but if you want a ski bus to the bigger resorts you have to walk down into the town. The staff were wonderful..especially Alex, Olympia and Beatrice and all the senior management working on reception. The rooms were well cleaned and serviced every day and they noted little things like when the shower gel needed refilling etc. The bar area is a little "functional" and could ne made to feel more cosy although there is a more relaxed sitting area at the end. Breakfasts were superb wit an extensive buffet and an set cooking of egg dishes..Evening meals were superb...real fine dining 4 course dinners. I enjoyed three winter holidays with my family at the Hotel Serenella in the Dolomites, which provided a perfect backdrop for our stays. The hotel offers all the amenities necessary for an ideal holiday, including comfortable and cozy rooms, a wide range of services for relaxation, and a restaurant that excels in local cuisine, with the option to "explore" outside of the local tastes (it is the only place in Moena where one can enjoy a bowl of Ramen - quite a good choice after a great day on the slopes). The private spa is exceptionally well-equipped, ensuring a relaxing experience. Moena's location, finally, is ideal for accessing the Dolomiti Superski area and its many resorts (beyond the local resort of Alpe Lusia, you have access to several others max 15-20 mins car ride, and there is a bus service too), making the hotel a prime choice within the town within the value for money range.
