This hotel is located directly at the ski lift that goes up into the ski area. Location cannot be better. The hotel itself is quite good, of course everything is not modern anymore but the appartments are cozy and in a "mountain" style with a lot of wood. There is also a dishwasher and everything what you need in order to cook small dishes.

Be advised that in the hotel approx. 90% of vacationers are Italian, thus the evening animation is only in Italian. However everybody speaks English as well and everybody is friendly and courteous. The animation is outstanding, because there are more than 10 people taking care of the wellbeing of the guests.

Sauna and swimming pool is available but not in a good quality, people don't take care at all about the guidelines of the sauna and sit with clothes and sometimes without towels in it, thus sweating on the wood (you can smell that sometimes). The swimming pool area is a bit outdated already. However, better than nothing!

Each room has a locker in the ski room incl for free which is nice as well. I would come again into this hotel since the location is perfect for doing skiing. If you do not ski you are required to have a car and go somewhere more far away, since in Marilleva and other small villages around there is almost nothing to see.

Oh and important thing to remember is to bring food and stuff that you need for the appartment from home or from a really bigger city, since in the wider ski area...

I've been here with the family (my wife and a 3 years old kid) for a ski week. Even if the apart-hotel looks really '80, and maybe deserves a renovation, we had one of the best vacation of our life! |Located DIRECTLY on the slopes, there is no need of transportation from and to the ski resort. The room was average, seems clean, bur the real problem it was the location. During the night groups of young people turned the play room (that is supposed to be for kids) into a party room....pity that the wall wasn't really a wall, but a wooden wall, and all I could hear for four (4!!!) nights was people yelling at each other and get drunk...a nightmare! But the real problem start when I ask the receptionist to solve the problem....she totally refuses to cooperate, in the end it seem up that I am the bad one, that I don't allow people to act crazy next to my bed, until 3 a.m.! ||It was a very frustrating experience, I had to discuss with the personnel to convince them that I had problems with sleeping.
