We arrived at 8pm and it was like we were invisible to the staff. After a good 15 minutes and several attempts to catch the attention of a member of their staff we were accompanied to a table and we ordered a bottle of water.

Then we were left wondering when they would pick up our order. Again I had to catch the staff attention twice before being able to order my food after another 20 minutes.

And then the wait continued. And it continued and continued. At 9:30pm I had asked three times about my food. All the other tables that arrived AFTER us were served. Not a single mention of what was appening or an excuse. Just servers watching me getting increasingly angry and leaving.

Completely unprofessional.

Even when we where eventually served, they forgot our wine.

The food itself was ok but the overall experience really bad. Oh, and the burrata, which was listed as a vegetarian option, was guarnished with some bacon for literally no...

Cenone di capodanno Abbiamo pagato 110 euro per il cenone e ingresso in discoteca. Eravamo stati avvisati che ci sarebbe stata l' "animazione" durante la cena ma non eravamo pronti a cenare con le casse puntate a tutto volume nelle orecchie senza la possibilità di scambiare due parole tra di noi, letteralmente: non riuscivamo a sentirci. Ho chiesto personalmente di abbassare la musica e la risposta dell'animatore è stata molto sgarbata: "tutti vogliono la musica alta e l'abbasso solo per te?", peccato che tutti i tavoli erano EVIDENTEMENTE infastiditi. Il menù ci è stato inviato via mail e spiegato al telefono annunciando grandi portate: i primi, che dovevano essere 3, erano in un unico piatto, c'erano 2 paccheri, una cucchiaiata di lasagna (sì, cucchiaiata perché non c'era praticamente pasta) e una cucchiaiata di risotto (scotto) con un gambero sopra. A 4 minuti dalla mezzanotte siamo stati invitati ad accomodarci fuori dove la disorganizzazione regnava ancora di più rispetto a prima. Non c'è stato un countdown e per conquistare un bicchiere per il brindisi bisognava districarsi tra la calca. Al ritorno nel locale, i tavoli e le sedie erano spariti, io ho perso solo una canottiera di nessun valore, ho sentito qualcuno lamentarsi per altro. I dolci promessi - così come cotechino e lenticchie - non sono mai stati serviti perché la taverna nella quale abbiamo cenato si è trasformata in discoteca (era una cosa che sapevamo, ma teoricamente doveva avvenire una volta finita la cena, non totalmente a caso come è stato). Insomma, ASSOLUTAMENTE DA EVITARE PER IL CENONE DI CAPODANNO. Sì può valutare di andare a ballare dopo, unico locale a Marilleva 1400 che concede l'accesso sconnesso dalla cena. Prezzo altino (40 euro), musica mediocre ma in assenza di altro...

Here is where I ate the worst pork cutlet of my life. Trouble is clients don't really have a choice but to pick one of few restaurants in the area including this one.
