This is quite big aparthotel located within 1 km from Tognola lift. The rooms are clean, spacious and nicely furnished with decent quality of furniture. Hotel has a cozy café-bar lobby where you can enjoy great coffee and various selection of local liquers. But there are two major complaints: the quality of matresses is much below standard of 3-star hotel and the steel pots and pans have so uneven bottoms that you can hardly cook something there. Additionally, the ski-room was not equipped with the sufficient number of boot heaters, so that we were not able to dry our ski boots after a whole day of skiing. There is a sauna in the hotel but you need to pay extra € 20 for single entrance. Read moreWe spent 6 nights in Pez Gajard and despite some cons we were satisfied with the stay. The rooms, lobby, swimming pool etc. are new and clean with lot of space. The staff was always helpful, even though some of them had problems to speak English.||||The swimming pool and sauna are open only 15:00 to 19:00 Sun-Fri. Sauna costs EUR15 / 1day or EUR40/ 6days. Even though the walls are thicker than with other average Italian accomodation, due to lots of kids one can hear their noise from other rooms. When I requested an increase due to my 3-year-old feeling cold, I was initially told it wasn’t possible. The following day, after a dispute, the temperature was adjusted. Sadly, my child fell ill, and when I inquired about using the children’s play area, the receptionist dismissively claimed it couldn’t be warmed, insinuating it might not be warm enough for my child. Furthermore, requests for an iron and basic information about housekeeping were met with unhelpful responses.
