So to start off, ||Breakfast was horriendous, if you can even call it breakfast. Extremely limited 99% was breads and sweets, they had sugared cereals but no milk? If your gluten free or vegetarian here.... dream on. We had better luck going to a near by store to actually get some normal nutritious food. ||The room was spacious but almost always cold, I was told by another guest complaining of the same issue, that they explained to me, they turn off the heating during the middle of the day and during the middle of the night. So basically if you stay here prepare to freeze!!!! ||Huge amounts of condensation would run down the windows and onto our clothes which would make them wet and cold. There is no ventilation in the room. So if anyone has a shower, prepare to be wet from the steam. Our toilet room was facing the street and had no curtain, so every time we use the toilet or shower people could just look straight in on you. ||No blackout curtains or blinds of any kind to keep the light out. ||||Customer service was where they really lacked. Absolutely terrible! They spoke very little in other languages. Never smiled. One instance we came back late with takeaway pizza to eat in our room and were told no because we had 2 firends with us. So we asked to eat in the bar area, told no again. A couple of men came in and he let them right through to the bar area no problem??? But we where expected to go outside in the snow and freezing cold to eat? So we smuggled our guests to our room, they ate and left with no problem. Which we didn’t want to go against them, but they gave us no choice, we have rented the room! They were not understanding in the slightest. ||The next day my young friend alone got cornered. Dragged behind reception, shown on security cameras of our friends coming into our room, then proceeded to shout at her and loudly! Then being called names like “idiot” and spat at. She was very shaken up. If you have anger issues you don’t take it out on a young girl who is a guest in your hotel. And if she was a man staying in this hotel I doubt this would of happened to her. They ruined her stay and time here in Livingo. ||We showed such kindness and understanding to the hotel staff, going out of our way to be nice as they were all so cold and grumpy. But we met with animosity, unkindness. They acted in a complete unprofessional manner. ||||We will never visit here again!! If you want to book in Livingo this is definitely NOT the best hotel book! No food, no warmth, and definitely no...

Read moreI went for the fifth time to Livigno with my boyfriend and some friends. Livigno is amazing as always, we had a lot of fun and hours of skiing! We visited hotel Krone for the first time... The staff is polite, the only exception I have is that they accused one couple of our group for smoking in their room at 2:00 in the morning when the alarm started. It was very difficult explaining to the owners that they are non smokers, never smoked in their lives, they didn't wanted to hear us at all accusing them that they were caught on camera! We were very disappointed by how they reacted. The other thing that I didn't like (neither my friends) is the low temperature in the rooms. I've never been in a hotel in Livigno 'colder ' than this one! Anyway, the location is nice for non skiers (the bus is far, getting to the top of the mountain is complicated), but as I said we are young, we came for some adventures, hungry for skiing so we stayed positive until the very end! The breakfast is really good and the rooms are...
