Big disappointment We specifically went to the region of Garda because of this hotel. Sadly, we got very disappointed. At the price of almost EUR 300 per night the price value of this relais is really low. Pros: - Big garden - Generous pool - Enough parking spaces Cons: - The infrastructure is lacking in maintenance. E.g the garden furniture looks very old. Not very appropriate for the level of hotel they position them in. - AC did not work in the room for the first two days. - Breakfast buffet is very limited and not well refilled during the serving hours (which are only from 8:00-10:00) - Many insects in the rooms and hotel building - Food from the bistro is served cold - No welcome drink (which would be appropriate for a hotel of this price)

A very nice hotel just outside Garda. Stayed there three nights. The location is very good if you have a car and want to get around in the area but still and want a bit more peaceful stay compared to Garda or other towns. Whilst the grounds are of the higher international standard the hotel still keeps it family feeling with good presence of the owner family and great coworkers who are always happy to help with recommendations. The hotel lacks the most stunning view but given the price range your money is better spend in one of the good restaurants in the area with postcard views.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole. La struttura è curata in ogni dettaglio, le stanze sono pulitissime e i letti estremamente confortevoli. Il personale si è dimostrato sempre disponibile e gentile, pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta con grande attenzione. Indimenticabile la colazione servita sul terrazzo, resa ancora più speciale dall’atmosfera accogliente e dalla cordialità dello staff. La piscina, sempre pulita e ben organizzata, è stata il luogo perfetto per concedersi momenti di assoluto relax in qualsiasi ora del giorno. Il panorama circostante, con i suoi prati verdi e alberi curati, ha contribuito a rendere l’esperienza ancora più impeccabile. Anche il giardino privato, allestito con sedie e tavolino proprio davanti alla stanza, ha regalato un inizio di giornata immerso nella pace più totale. Io e il mio partner, essendo entrambi amanti degli animali, abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la presenza della dolcissima cagnolina Bruna e della tenera gattina Didi: la loro compagnia affettuosa è stata davvero la ciliegina sulla torta. A completare l’esperienza, il menù del Kitch&Bar ha deliziato i nostri palati per tutta la durata del soggiorno, con piatti curati e gustosi, tra cui spiccavano in particolare le polpette, davvero squisite. Un soggiorno che consigliamo vivamente!

We had amazing experience at Relais Rossar Garda. The rooms are very clean, very spacious, very accommodating and pleasant. The public spaces are beautifully designed with warmth and taste, with many well scattered seating areas overlooking beautiful flower-filled green gardens around. Breakfast is rich and excellent, with fresh fruit, wide assortment of vegetables, cheeses, ham and salami, cakes and pastries. They even have a machine to squeeze your own fresh orange juice, and a juicer to prepare healthy fresh juices with apples, pear, celery, ginger and carrots. Amazing! But most importantly – the crew is just a delight! So nice, serviceable, accommodating and pleasant. They’ve been helpful with anything and everything we needed, and gave excellent...

Absolutely perfect for family with 3 small children! The exceptional staff at Relais Rossar Garda & Hills went above and beyond, anticipating our every need. From the amazing on-site services to invaluable help with Lake Garda excursions, private boat tours, recommendations, and restaurant reservations, their service was truly outstanding.
