Ristorante Pizzeria Cà Morel — Restaurant in Costermano sul Garda

This is the first time I put a comment about a restaurant, I am not keen in those type of new tech habits. But seriously this is the worst experience I have had in a long time. I mean I can eat in a 2 Michelin star restaurant or in a the street it is not a matter of money of food but energy and quality of the experience. We paid a fairly decent price for the region and all the plates came in the wrong order, kids had to wait, we had our main course before the anti pasti…. Fine ok this is the country side of Italy. When we told the waiter that the food come not in the right order he told us to pay at the cashier, like he did not want to bring the bill. Very bad expérience Even if thé atmosphère is not bad. Great choice of dishes. Very touristic. For amateurs not for real experts of Italian gastronomy. Too expensive compared to the quality of the dishes and to the quantity . Pizza ok not amazing, basic. The service was very bad. All the dishes arrived in the wrong order, starters way after the main courses. The server manager has no sense of humour and asked us to stand to go to pay at the cashier when I made a little joke, very politely. I have never seen that lack of professionalism in Italy! Maybe this establishment too used to estival customers does not care to renounce to come extra clients and to treat them in that way. Very strange and bad experience when the people in the area...

This is a fine restaurant. I ordered a large beer and a tagliata. My wife ordered a white wine and a salad from the house. There is a lot of different food on the menu. What we had for dinner was very good and tasteful. We made reservations for tomorrow to try something else from the menu. The owner came to our table to ask if everything was okay.
