i wish i could give more than 5 stars, because it was truly a dining experience i will not forget. absolutely the best dinner i have eaten in years.
i booked dehor to celebrate an engagement. we were welcomed with a complimentary glass of champagne to commemorate the special moment, an intentional and appreciated detail. the tasting menu of both meat and fish were of exceptional quality for a value that was hard to believe. the wine pairing of 4 glasses also included an amarone (for terra). the polpo was the best i have ever eaten!
it felt like a Michelin dining experience without the hefty price tag. the service was attentive and of the highest professionalism. the dishes were uncompromising, each ingredient shined with cohesion and robust flavor. the view is unbeatable with an ambiance that makes you want to linger all evening.

It is such a special restaurant- everything about the place is perfect, the decor, the staff, the cocktails and most of all the food and wine. As it happened, last night they had a special event with comai winery, so it was a set menu matched with wines (the wines were really good). Carta muy interesante con precios sorprendentes para el lugar que ocupa el restaurante, y una vajilla que cumple con la función de apoyo, no de primer plano. Desde el inicio, con una mantequilla aromatizada al tomate y albahaca, vamos a ir encontrando que el concepto de cercanía y engrandecimiento del territorio es la obsesión de estos dos jóvenes profesionales, pero sobradamente experimentados y de ideas muy claras. La tártara de vaca Garronesa es melosa y la grasa aporta complejidad al plato. Lo tallarines caseros con cordero de cercanía son una delícia, y el raviolo de Pichón, un grito a favor de la cocina de gran tradición. Para terminar la parte salada del menú carnico que hemos elegido, una diafragma de vaca. Vivan los cortes populares y poco utilizados. Viva el sabor. Algunos quesos de cercanía cierran la noche.
