Iris Hotel Franciacorta — Hotel in Erbusco

Very clean hotel nice rooms compact shower room.||They supply in your room each day complimentary drinks, 2 soda, two waters & 1 Juice.||There are no tea & coffee facilities in the room.||If driving you are given a dedicated underground parking spot with your own private lift direct to your room, the lift is shared with an adjacent room.||Staff are very polite & helpful.||Breakfast has the normal products Juice, tea, coffee water. Breads, rolls pancakes jams etc & a toaster.||Fresh chopped strawberries, pineapple, yoghurt, cereals grains. Cakes.||Meats & cheese, ||Very nice breakfast.||The main reason I marked the hotel down, we were there early April, 27 degrees outside temp. the room was hot. Went to put the aircon on, only to be told they do not turn their aircon on until MAY??????? There answer was to open your window. well that's fine except the noise was excessive on the outside from traffic on a busy road.||We had to do that to get a cool sleep, but struggled to sleep with the noise.||We travel the world, this is the first hotel we have stayed in That puts saving money over...

A slightly strange hotel. My room (and others, I was told) had a second exit/entrance which was an elevator in the room that took the guest directly to their own garage (box auto) under the hotel.

Because the electronic room key slot was next to the elevator door and not the entry door, I had to search around in the dark for 5 minutes searching for it after the power turned off. They could have told me this when I checked in. I don’t know about others, but I would never have thought to look for the key slot at the far end of the room.

The room decor was a bit over the top. There were only two thin blankets in the room, one of them the decorative coverlet that I frankly hate to touch in any hotel, anywhere.

Breakfast was generous and well stocked and the staff were very kind and helpful. One went out of his way to help resolve a logistical difficulty for me and was super kind...

We went for the business trip in Italy. First night for us was booked in this nice hotel. Arriving late there it doesn't give any stress to the staff. They are very well organized, ready for service delivery even midnight time, and also very friendly and professional.||The hotel has a very relax and comfortable environment. Rooms are equipped with a lot of taste. Nice furnished and very clean. Bathroom super clean, and do not worry if you forget your tooth paste or whatever small things, you will find there. Personally I was nicely surprised and very satisfied in general. I would strongly recommend for this...
