Hotel Letizia — Hotel in Follonica

I was here for 7nights, and I must say that for my purpose (i.e. having a place where to sleep) it worked well.||Room was perfectly clean.||||The position is quite outside of Follonica, so if you do not want to use the car it's better to change your selection. Nevertheless the position is good if you have a car and if you want to visit several beaches around the area (Prato Ranieri, Torre Mozza, Cala Violina, Le Rocchette, Cala Civette, etc...)||||Breakfast was quite simple (mainly sweets) but good.||||Air conditioning is not automatically turned on but you can control it inside your room.||||Price is aligned with what you can find in the area...||||A nice plus is the bar and restaurant at the ground floor and the hotel...

We chose this hotel on the basis of misleading review. ||||+ Stopped just for one night on a road trip. Helpful, kind stuff. Breakfast OK, but very limited.||||- Bathroom is very small, it doesn't have a shower cabin, only a shower curtains with a bad smell. Bathroom suits maybe a 1 star hotel (definitely not a 3 star), and really needs a renovation. Room was basic, recently renovated, but left with some old worn out pieces of furniture (chair and closet). The carpet at the bed was not clean. Scelto l'hotel Letizia per la posizione comoda,cioè vicino alla strada principale per poter raggiungere le spiagge che a noi interessavano (sia a nord che a sud di follonica); quindi s'è rivelato ottimale senza doversi barcamenare in auto nelle vie interne della cittadina.||Non abbiamo usufruito della piscina, che apre alle 8:00 e chiude alle 20:00.||Camera bella spaziosa, moderna,con aria condizionata regolabile, tv,cassaforte e minifrigo (no congelatore)....piccole sbavature ma che inficiano minimamente (tipo mancava la tenda nella finestra del bagno e si aveva il sole in faccia appena ci si entrava).||Receptionist gentili,disponibili e sveglie: ho avuto un contrattempo per motivi di lavoro, per cui ho anticipato il rientro a casa... e non hanno battuto ciglio,pur avendone la facoltà. ||Sala per la colazione veramente grande, un salone da ballo.
