Residence Monterosa — Hotel in Gressoney-La-Trinité

I stayed here to be close to Lo Scoiattolo, the hotel my friends were staying in. The apartment was very clean and reasonably well appointed, with a small kitchenette and a decent sized shower room. Stefania, who ran the residence, was extremely welcoming. Her English is limited, but a lot better than my Italian! ||||Lo Scoiattolo offered me a half board meal deal. I felt I was getting the best of both worlds; eating and socialising at the hotel, but then retiring to my own space. ||||The building can sometimes be quite noisy; footsteps and doors closing resonate loudly through the stairwell. This was our second year here. We stayed in a studio with a kitchen and it worked very well for a family of four. Very functional, clean and in an excellent location with good restaurants near by. Fuga dal caldo per un lungo fine settimana. Il residence si trova in pieno centro di Gressoney La Trinitè e il paese è davvero delizioso, raccolto, con tante passeggiate in piano da poter fare con i passeggini, raggiungibili senZa dover spostare l'auto. L'appartamento che ci hanno destinato, era molto grande e spazioso, all'ultimo piano con un bel soppalco. Il personale gentile, l'ascensore molto comodo col passeggino.
