Ristorante Pizzeria Walserschild — Restaurant in Gressoney-La-Trinité

Sorry to say that we had some issues with the ragout sauce (one of us had the dish early and there was no meet in the sauce and less pasta, whereas the others had it later, obviously fresher with more meat and pasta). No problem to pay what we ate, but there could have been a detail with the person who ate earlier and bad and who obviously was full even if the dish was not as expected, especially after beeing able to compare and complain. Another offered dish after comparing and complaining was not än option. The ordered beef was very good, but there was more fat than beef.... Watch what you ask for and compare it with what you get!...

Well, may be we had too high expectations after the Capanna Carla, local restaurant near by, but we were rather disappointed. Prices are may be ok for touristic place, but double over the restaurant mentioned above. Small portions, deer was cocked with blood (not sure if this is complaint with hygiene norms). Other main dish (the top of menu) was overcooked outside and raw inside. We mentioned it but there was no reaction. Deserts are tasty but twice smaller than normal. Bad...

Ottimo cibo. Assolutamente da provare. A mezzogiorno offrono un menù fisso a 13€ con un primo (a scelta tra due opzioni), un secondo (a scelta tra tre opzioni), acqua, caffè e coperto. Le materie prime sono di qualità e cucinate con maestria. La proposta del menù alla carta è varia, sono presenti non solo piatti tipici della zona ma anche specialità appartenenti ad altre regioni (ad esempio si possono gustare gli arrosticini tipici abruzzesi e sono veramente buoni). Per i dolci non servono parole, basta guardare le foto, sono buonissimi esattamente come sembra. La location è spettacolare, specialmente all'aperto. Il personale è estremamente gentile e simpatico, accettano molto volentieri i nostri amici a quattro zampe. Per finire il conto è decisamente economico, direi il meno caro della zona. Le pizze sono il pezzo forte di questo ristorante, in cui fanno anche il giro pizza a 15€ (pizze illimitate + una bibita), sono buonissime e alcune sono particolarmente elaborate, in più il pizzaiolo è simpaticissimo. Consiglio vivamente di provarle. Ci tornerò sicuramente e consiglio a tutti di passare per un ottimo pranzo, tra la simpatia e il sorriso di chi si vede che lavora con passione e il prezzo assolutamente...
