We stayed at Villa Eugenia in high season, July and August with little kids. The owners are always there, you can chat with them, they are good hosts. The weather was extremly hot and humid, but the AC was working well. The only suprise was when they centrally switch off it in your room between 9 and 12, because of "housekeeping cleaning".||We had breakfast and dinner, it was a very good choice as their kitchen is extremely good. The breakfast is mainly sweet pastries and wide variety of musli and nuts etc, some cheese and cold cuts. The coffee is better to drink in the bar... For the dinner you can choose from 4 first meal and 3 second meal - we tried nearly everything (except fishes), and everything was delicious! If you go there, you must try it! Dessert they usually offer the same packed ice-cream or fruit every evening (or once we had a magnifique home made chocolate cake). The top highlight in the restaurant is absolutely Carina, our waitress. She is always smiling, kind and caring - she is a great asset for Villa Eugenia, we really felt at home when we had her around our table.||The hotel is near to the beach (two little blocks) and near to the buzzy pedestrian area, but still calm.||Cars can be parked next to the hotel, which is in the room price. However it was quite disappointing that the day of our departure we had to leave not just the room by 10 am, but the car park too and had to hunt for a parking place on the streets for half an hour as it was Sunday... with two little kids.||Regarding the price it's OK, however it was a little bit pity that we had to pay for a fridge as well (EUR 8 per night) although it's a 3star hotel next to the beach. As we were arriving with a baby, we had to pay for it bec of baby food, formula etc. We were staying a week with half pension, requested a possible upgrade and although several room types were available on the day of our arrival, we didn't get it. We had to pay for the half pension for our 15-month baby as well as he was sitting with us in the restaurant, eating only some bites from our food.||In total, it's a nice family-run hotel with very good kitchen, average, but clean rooms, extra tiny elevator. :-)||Bikes are available for free at the hotel, which is a very good point, plus there is a little kids playground in the next garden (I would recommend it for toddlers only).||Thank you Mauro, for...
Read moreLOVE STAYING AT THIS HOTEL and have stayed here a few times before. Mondern electronic systems, freshly renovated room, with quality furnishings. The rooms are secure, well light and fresh air. Comfortable bed with all the trimmings as mentioned on hotel description. Spacious bathroom with window to allow fresh air and sun. The breakfast menu is ample with a diverse menu for variety of tastes. Bar is open in the evenings with great selections of local or French Bubbly. Black Mojito is one to try. Leave that to the barman. Pleasure to have a 24hour front desk to feel secure. Hotel set in the quiet part of Jesolo yet only friendly bike ride away from the centre and restaurants. My husband and I enjoy coming back to the hotel for the clean, fresh hotel, friendly staff and quiet location.... Highly recommended,and...
Read moreI have no idea why not so few decide to spend their main summer holiday at Lido di Jesolo as the town itself is pretty dull and the broad sandy beach soulless. But it is a good starting point for Venice if you decide to use the Punta Sabbioni approach.|The upper critic actually does not apply to the hotel itself. The rooms are inviting, the mattresses are comfy, and the safe works well. The breakfast is not to write home about, but very good for an Italian 3* hotel! We have also enjoyed sunny autumn on the sunbeds around the roof pool. And they have their own parking....! We did not try the wellness area - we enjoyed the sun too much - but the photos are...
