Hotel Italia — Hotel in Massa

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Italia. ❤️ The location is perfect – right across from the beach and close to restaurants and the evening promenade. Our room was clean and comfortable, with high ceilings and excellent air conditioning, so it was always a pleasure to return to the cool after a hot day. The sea view from our window was absolutely stunning. Breakfast was very diverse and delicious, and the staff kindly helped us arrange it so we could enjoy it on the terrace or upper-level veranda with a sea view. The hotel also has private parking in its garden, which was very convenient.

What impressed us most was the professionalism and kindness of the staff – true experts in hospitality. Right after we left, they even sent me a polite message to let me know that I had forgotten my glasses in the room. Such attention and care made us feel truly valued guests. Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs

I had an awful stay at this hotel. The air conditioning in my room was broken, and when I raised the issue with the front desk, I was told the owner would be contacted to fix it. That never happened. Later, they claimed it couldn’t be fixed — which was clearly just an excuse. It was obvious they had no intention of resolving the problem.

The room was hot and uncomfortable, making it impossible to relax or sleep properly. On top of that, the price was ridiculously high for what you get — definitely not worth the money.

Overall, the staff was dishonest, the service was poor, and the amenities were far below expectations. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. This place is not worth your...
