Hotel Residence Imperial — Hotel in Misano Adriatico

My visit was late April and the water was just tolerable to swim, but the weather was great. The spring flowers were everywhere and it was perfect to ride bicycles along the coast or in the rolling country side. For a bargain one can stay off season at this family owned hotel which offers great all inclusive rates including very generous and excellent local cuisine, with complementary coffee (grand father's cappuccino made to your order is perfection with a lovely smile and an opportunity to learn a few words in Italian) and tea in the morning, and soft drink, wine, or beer for lunch and the evening meal. On Thursday there is the weekly pizza party, when the brick oven is fired up and the most delicious Italian pizza is served until everybody well satisfied. Most room offer sea view and they are very comfortable and have a nice balcony. If one chooses not to go all-inclusive, then most rooms have kitchenettes nicely hidden in a closet area with fridge, stove, and sink. I've stayed here twice so far on business and thoroughly enjoyed myself each time. I speak no Italian so it has been fun communicating with those in the family who speak no English. However, Fabiola's English (and others) is excellent so I've not had any trouble. They go out of their way to make you comfortable.||From my room both years I've had a wonderful view of the beach. My room was very comfortable, even if the decor is outdated. (I believe other rooms have been redecorated).||The food here is amazing, and if you don't go home several kgs heavier you have to tell me your secret!||I haven't visited in peak tourist season, and that suited me well - I loved getting up early to walk up and down the beach in the peace and quiet.||Looking forward to visiting again next year, and hopefully...

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura con la nostra cagnolina. Inizialmente avevamo prenotato per una settimana, poi abbiamo deciso di fermarci qualche giorno in più. La gentilezza e la cortesia di Fabio e della signora Fabiola sono state ineccepibili, perché hanno fatto il possibile per accontentarci, nonostante il cambio di programma. Le camere sono belle, ampie, pulite e ben arredate. Noi eravamo in formula residence, e dentro ogni appartamento c’era tutto l’occorrente necessario, anche per le pulizie giornaliere. Ho chiesto un asciugacapelli ulteriore, e subito sono stata accontentata. Abbiamo fatto sia la colazione che l’aperitivo ( vivendo a Venezia e con marito veneziano, lo spritz è fatto a regola d’arte)davvero davvero ottimi e con prezzi assolutamente giusti e alla portata di tutte le tasche. Anche se si arriva dopo le 10 della mattina, si trova ancora una vasta scelta di alimenti, sia dolci sia salati. Ottimi i croissants e che dire delle torte e crostate, ne avremmo mangiate di continuo! Struttura più che pet-friendly, e non è così scontato trovarne in giro. Piscina pulita, sempre, ordinata e molto piacevole, come tutta la struttura d’altronde. Noi abbiamo passato molto più tempo in spiaggia ma per nostro piacere personale, ma se non avessimo prenotato l’ombrellone, avremmo sicuramente trascorso le giornate in piscina! Tutto il personale non lesina mai sorrisi e saluti a tutti gli ospiti, ti fanno sentire davvero a casa. Non abbiamo usufruito del servizio pranzo, ma sotto l’ombrellone tra una chiacchiera e l’altra, altri ospiti ne hanno parlato benissimo, descrivendo porzioni abbondanti e varietà di scelta.
