After the main course, we were brought the bill and were asked to pay, although we did not ask for the bill, because there was an urgent need to free up a table for other guests who were standing in line at the restaurant. L'antipasto preparato con materie prime fresche, da apprezzare la delicatezza dei carpacci e delle cozze ben preparate, ottime le lumachine di mare in salsa di pomodoro. Si sono fatte notare sardine sfilettate e marinate per la loro dolcezza e per l'assenza del gusto aspro che vine dato dall'aceto (non credo che in questo caso sia stato usato per la marinatura) così come le mazzancolle. Lo strozzaprete ottimo, buona e ben cotta la pasta di grano tenero fatta a mano, giusta sapidità e sapore di mare non sovrastante.
