Residence Perla — Hotel in Misano Adriatico

We spent our vacation from 06. Until 08/20/2016 at the apartment "Acquamarina". This was on the first floor. There is a huge, full balcony was on both sides of the apartment. The apartment was three adults very spacious and well equipped for us. Dishes and pots were sufficiently available. That the stove only two hotplates had been known to us and we were fine with it. We also had the opportunity to use a microwave. A dishwasher was with the equipment. In the bedroom and in the kitchen there were each television on the wall, which we did not use. In the kitchen and in the bedroom there were electric shutters which penetrated made sure that at night hardly street noise into the apartment. The spacious bathroom was equipped with a reasonable shower. A hair dryer was available. Sleeps had been available for five people. An air conditioning was available, we have not, despite the super weather used. We lacked actually at the apartment nothing, except perhaps wine glasses. ||Otherwise, we have in the Residence Perla spent a perfect holiday. Our car was parked safely on a guarded parking lot, which was located just five minutes away from the apartment. The Residence is located in a quiet side street, one is but within a few steps of the beach, the grocery store or in a restaurant. For us it was ideal. The owners were very friendly and helped us in all respects. We will certainly spend the next few years our holiday there and can the Residence...

Previoulsly a small hotel, the "Perla" buiding has been very recently converted to a residence. It is 100 m far from the sea front and close to the town center, anyway a litlle bit out of the crowd. There is a choice of different apartments, all fitted with efficient air conditioning, full kitchen with dishwasher, TV set, etc. Everything is very new and clean. I stayed in the "Perla" apartment on the 3rd floor, the biggest of all, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroms and dining room/kitchen, wide balcony, very suitable for a family. Complimentary bycicles are available at all times, there is an open air car parking 300 m far. Misano might be someway less fashionable than the nearby Riccione, but this is by far the best residence I have seen around. Prices are fairly honest, considering the...

Se i bambini l'hanno battezzata la casa del mare, è semplicemente una garanzia. La gentilezza di tutti loro è una piacevole coccola,sono sempre pronti a risolvere la qualsiasi,comodo il servizio di asporto dei pasti presso l'hotel Misano,il fritto veramente Top! Noi eravamo una famiglia in appartamento Ametista,bello ampio,pulitissimo,due bagni(uno più ampio uno più di servizio). Cucina attrezzata di qualsiasi cosa,compresa lavastoviglie e macchina del caffè,materasso e cuscini che offrono un riposo super,inoltre ha un bello spazio esterno con tavoli e sedie, divanetto e tavolino per poter gustarsi i pasti o i momenti di relax all'aria aperta ma in totale tranquillità. Supermercato Conad a due minuti a piedi,comodissimo per rifornirsi,si esce e si è subito in centro,subito in spiaggia,comodo per tutto. Hanno tutto l'occorrente di cui serve in vacanza senza portarselo da casa. Lenzuola, asciugamani, stoviglie,tovaglie e asciugapiatti,ombrelli disponibili nella hall,dove si trova anche una lavanderia con lavatrice, asciugatrice e ferro da stiro. Non manca proprio nulla.
