What a nightmare of hotel. All because of the most horrible Napoli airport that apparently closes every night, and my night flight, I had to take a last minute at this hotel. The reception was nice and the check in was ok, but the room smelled so bad of cigarettes and spray against bugs. I couldn’t sleep in the 4 hours I had to spend there. I read the horrible hotel's reviews to try to get to sleep, but of course it didn’t help... 🙈 At around 04:00 I left the room and went downstairs to the reception to check out and leave for my flight but to my horror all the hotel lights were shut, the main doors were locked and you couldn’t get out, no one was at the reception (that earlier said they are there 24/7 and will be there)... I tried to ring their bell for 15 minutes and no one came, I searched the entire floor and there was no one, then I had to phone them only to arrive to the voicemail… the phone call cost me like 5 EUROS but at least this seemed to have woken up someone that eventually arrived and looked like I woke them up from sleep….. Only then I could finally check out and they opened the door and gates. If he didn’t wake up - I would have gotten stuck there and miss my flight as the hotels doors were all closed…. What a nightmare to get stuck in an hotel next to the airport, and in such a hotel it x10 times worst…. This place just sucks 🤦‍♂️🤦🏻🤦‍♀️

Our stay wasn't worth £90 Walkable distance to the airport I feel we have been scammed here a little. We booked this hotel for quick stay as our flight was quite early in the morning and I knew it won't be 5 star luxury hotel however what we came up to was extreme disappointment. I have booked "economy sky light " room which didn't have really any pictures of the room on booking however from other pictures hotel provide I thought - it can't be that bad. Well I was very wrong. The room had literally just two single tiny beds and that was it, it genuinely looked like a prison. I did go ask reception if they think that is acceptable room and the man just said well you booked economy room. So that was it, when I decided ok it's only couple hours I didn't realised it will be couple hours of listening TV from next door room, and loud conversation from the other room. Pretty much zero sleep as a pregnant woman - not ideal . Certainly not worth £90. I am afraid that’s not how 4* looks like

Depends on what your looking for…… Next to the Napoli Airport, location was perfect for late arrival, rental car pick up, and early morning flight. Do not expect a 5 star hotel but let me tell you all the things it did have and why we enjoyed our stay. Our family of 6 could stay in 2 rooms as the kids had bunk beds and could all be together, we’ve stayed here several times. To pick up and return a rental car it’s a 2-5 minute walk, and they have a gated parking lot for you to park your car in. This hotel is also CLEAN, comfy beds, air conditioned, and offers several toiletries so you don’t have to unpack your suitcase completely. If something isn’t right or needed they are helpful and accommodating. Large breakfast selection and a variety of items to select from, eggs, bacon, and pastries. Want an espresso, just ask the lovely staff and they are more than happy to help you. As I said, this is not a fancy place but the simplicity and location are always ideal for our family.

I actually didn’t stay in this hotel, but I had enough disgusting experience with them which made me insisting to write this review for other travelers; I previously booked a 10 days Naples holidays before the COVID-19 started, after the entire Italy being locked down on 09/03, all other hotels I booked, had offered me to refund my reservations in full, despite a restricted nonrefundable rate booked; However, for this hotel, they were refusing any cancellation and modification for this booking until 21/03 which was very uncommon compare to any other hotels. On 22/03, they offered me a voucher to be used in the future, but still keeping refusing my request to have the money back, I can’t understand this from the customer perspective, but I somehow can imagine how badly this pandemic had hurt the hotel industry so I would not bother myself to warn the public to avoid this place in the future: what made me really fed up, is their customer service and management’s attitude; 1, from the very early beginning, my email was only answered by some uncultured staff who didn’t even know to put their name on the email they were tapping; the bad-manner they had represented was simply shocking like I stole his or her last 6 month’s salary. 2, after requiring an answer from a management member, with even no single apologies on how the staff was writing to me, they showed more than enough to me what is unprofessionalism: all the email was answered nicely by “by law we cannot refund you money but only a voucher” with the same copy paste every time, with no any further explanation on their mentioned “laws” and facts, they simply react that the only English they are able to understand, is this sentence. Definitely a place to avoid if possible, more than terrible experience without...

Do not stay here - even if you're desperate after a cancelled flight like we were!

Our flight back to London was cancelled and as this is near the airport we looked online and found it and because it's listed as 4 star we thought it would have to be fine. It was not. This Hotel is so far from a 4 star it's not even funny. The pictures are very misleading.

The area is extremely sketchy and we felt unsafe on the walk there even in the middle of the day. The lobby area is fine and we checked in as normal and went exhausted to our room. When we arrived and opened the door a strong smell of sewage came wafting out. We went inside to look more and open the window - this didn't help. I was very concerned for the cleanliness of the room due to the terrible smell so I went down to ask for another room. The receptionist gave us the room next door. This had the exact same issue. At this point we decided we didn't feel comfortable staying here and we went downstairs to ask for a refund.

At this point the receptionist became quite aggressive and while I asked politely for a refund she insisted a room on another floor would be perfect (even though she had given us a second room on the same floor she knew would have the exact same issue)

We left stating we would try and get out money back via Hotels.com where we had made the booking but this was unsuccessful as the Hotel wouldn't grant the refund.

This hotel is located close to the airport and preys on desperate travellers stranded in Naples. They have the no refund policy as they know the rooms they are providing as extremely subpar and that most travellers would want to stay elsewhere.

We paid for an Uber to the Ibis in central Naples that cost €15. Save yourself the trouble and go for a...

We booked this hotel as we had an early flight and it appeared convenient.

HOWEVER:

It’s extremely basic.

The walls are extremely thin so you can hear absolutely everything from the room next door. Everything.

The air conditioning is very noisy and very ineffective. It did very little to cool the room.

The fridge appeared to be for decoration only and could not chill anything. I think my water ended up warmer.

The shower while hot and a good power had lost all its shine and was very tired looking.

The toilet didn’t flush properly and then had a constant trickle of water. All night.

The wi-fi code didn’t work and we had to get the man on reception to enter it.

We asked to pay with an alternative card than the one used for the reservation which caused a lot of confusion.

We tried to have lunch in the restaurant only to find it closed. This was disappointing as the dinner was the one positive point of our stay. Reasonable quality and reasonably priced.

When my Partner tried to pay for our dinner and breakfast he was told he couldn’t as his wife had already paid.

Our flight was cancelled and my partner (while also trying to pay) had asked if it was okay for us to sit in the hotel lounge, he was told it was okay and then later on we were asked to leave.

Stay here if you must - there’s nothing that would convince us...
