Thank you for the fantastic chocolate and also understanding of my situation by staying on the phone with me until someone found my lost merchandise (Camomilla bags and Venchi chocolate). I truly wish that Napoli 😫 airport information and security had better customer service like you. Napoli security and information will not help and return my merchandise to me even though I have done all the requirements that I was told to do.

Our server, Anna was amazing and friendly, and helped us make really great decisions. The ice cream or gelato as they call it. Here was incredible and tasty. I got the pistachio and hazelnut flavors. Fantastic ice cream and super service performed by a smiling and sweet personel. We were in a hurry to catch a plane, but didn’t want to miss the chance to get a taste of the delicious looking sweets and ice cream.
