Arrogant staff, disgusting bland food, The worst service I have experienced. When ordering the food which came to €37, I couldn’t quite understand what he was asking me about the burger and he dismissed me and just typed it in anyway.

We sat in the restaurant and then when the food was ready 15 minutes later, he put it on the counter and pointed for me to get it my self even though there were three waiters talking together. The Italian family to my right had theirs delivered to the table on plates. I picked up our cardboard boxes with plastic lids on. I took them to the table and realised I didn’t have cutlery, looking around there was no cutlery anywhere so I went to the front and asked him, he walked straight past me and went to get them and gave them to me. My burger tasted okay, although it was just a piece of meat in a dry bun, no butter no salad just a bit of meat stuck in between two pieces of bread but the chips came with bits of crispy stuff similar to chicken nuggets. Gave me a horrible feeling that it had been lifted from someone else’s plate and stuck in my cardboard bowl. My son’s ravioli just came plain. No sauce on it like in the photo, it tasted disgusting and we were very disappointed with the whole experience. I would say avoid this place at all costs. I felt after eating here compelled to write this review because people are just getting ripped off. The worst food we have ever had and the worst service at a premium...

Absolutely horrible experience, the staff were extremely unfriendly.

We sat down and nobody dared to take the menu orders. So after 5 min we went and asked, they said we have to get the food at the counter.

A few minutes after an (italian) group came and they were treated immediately and the menu orders were taken.

Later on, another group came and the staff asked us to change our table in mids of us working and drinking. Absolutely rude. The first time coming to our table is not to serve or welcome us but to complain, that we are supposed to change tables.

Never again, please avoid...

Took 20 minutes for 1 portion of fries and 1 portion of mozzarella bites. When they arrived the chips weren’t seasoned and the mozzarella bites were all bar one empty. They definitely get away with this robbery because no one will care about what poor service they provide because they are about to get on a plane. Do not eat here! The airport itself is missing a trick by only having a McDonalds before security…who in their right mind sits down for a leisurely maccies before getting through security without knowing how long this will take? Thanks...
