We came to the hotel Mirabell for 4 nights to relax and it was unforgettable time spent there.

Hotel Mirabell is located in centre of Olang, which is surrounded by the beautiful Sudtirol’s mountains. We had this beautiful view from the room’s balcony and even from the poolside.

Our stay was absolutely relaxing and we found the peace that we needed.

Thanks to the gorgeous staff, we enjoyed every minute spent at the hotel. After our arrival, a very kind receptionist gave us a full tour around the hotel, to for example show us our table and give us all the details about when are the meals served.

Hausmaster helped us excellently, because we had so many luggages. He took everything from our car, that he even parked in the hotel’s garage, and brought it to our room. At the day of our departure he took our stuff and put everything back to our car. Amazing service.

Our room was just marvelous, perfectly clean, it smelled just amazing and the bed was made so beautifly. We just needed to make a picture of it. Pure art. And we just loved the fresh fruit like apples that we got in our room. Thank you.

The room had literally everything we needed and was really spacious, as well as the balcony.

The whole staff at the hotel was super hearty. Everyone was greeting and smiling (even under the mask 😁) at us all the time. They made us feel very comfortable.

The breakfast were absolutely amazing, it was in a bufet style, with fresh orange juice maker, delicious pastry, hams and cheese. There was just a large selection, so you could choose exactly what you were craving at the moment.

At about the lunch time, there is served a few meals and desserts or salads. You just cannot get hungry at this hotel. There is always something delicious on the table.

But the dinners, that was just a wow moment.

Every dinner is a little bit different. You get today’s menu filled with extraordinary gourmet meals. It’s always a 6 course dinner, and everything we ate, was just delicious. As I said before, just unfergettable experience.

We needed some relax and to “recharge our batteries“ and we got even more. We didn’t even wanted to leave this marvelous place.

So if you are looking for a beautiful place to spend your time, hotel Mirabell is always the right choice. You will feel like in a paradise and get your relax and peace.

We visited Mirabell for winter/Christmas holidays. Our aim was to have ski lessons for all family but it has all ended up as something much more thanks to our excellent hotel choice.||||Starting from ski, we've chosen a ski school based on recommendation from the hotel at booking time. The hotel offers daily shuttle service to and from Kronplatz plus excellent storage for skis and boots in the basement in secure warm lockers.||||The hotel is a true 5-star gem which despite the luxuries maintains a very warm country atmosphere throughout, from the lobby to the bar, restaurant and the rooms thanks to extensive use of wood. Common areas as well as the room are very clean and despite freezing cold outside, you are very comfortable with a t-shirt inside. We have not used much of the wellness facilities but whatever, we've used (the pool - indoor/outdoor with two Jacuzzi areas and the kids sauna and steam bath ) were great and lots of fun. The kids loved going out from the indoor pool to the outdoor with snow around yet with very warm water while I loved the pool loungers which incline either way so that you can relax with your legs high (very nice after tiring ski sessions).||||The food (3/4 board) is amazing at all times. We had breakfast, afternoon snacks, deserts, salad and soup and finally, the dinner. I really appreciated the soup after returning from ski while dinner has mostly (except Xmas eve) been a la carte with plenty of choice. Our last night had "deserts from the buffet" and was literally hard to choose what to have (or better what not to have): everything looked so delicious! Kids menu was nice too but could be extended with pizza choice especially since we've been in Italy.||||Finally, the staff, despite that English is not so fluent among them, is always there to greet you with a smile and assist with any request you may have.||||In conclusion, we are all very pleased with our stay and if I went to South Tyrol again, I would definitely stay at the...

come struttura a 5 stelle ha solo il prezzo !! non mi piace scrivere recensioni negative , ma la stessa proprietaria alle nostre lamentele fatte in privato nel mentre del soggiorno, mi ha poi detto faccia quello che crede in maniera talmente sgarbata che neppure nella peggior infima pensione a 1 stella puo capitare. iniziamo : la giornata con pernottamento era un regalo per i 50 anni di una cara amica , eravamo in 4 . prendiamo quindi due camere , una matrimoniale e per la festeggiata una junior suite . li chiamo il giorno prima avvertendo che saremo arrivate verso le 11 di mattina ( per goderci tutta la giornata ) e mi rispondono certo vi aspettiamo. arriviamo quindi sabato mattina alle 11.30 circa . alla reception ci dicono che un incaricato ci prendeva i bagagli ma che le camere sarebbero state pronte solo alle 14.30. comunque ok , nei servizi veniva indicato un ricco aperitivo di benvenuto. lo chiediamo e ci lasciano al bar . chiediamo bollicine , ci elencano quello che hanno e quindi optiamo per 4 champagne. arrivano con delle patatine ( il generoso aperitivo di benvenuto menzionato nelle info della struttura ?) facciamo comunque un secondo giro e giustamente ci dicono che verrà addebitato sulle camere . nessuna altra indicazione e siamo senza i bagagli . ci mollano li senza magari indirizzarci verso la spa o qualche info sulle attività tanto decantate nella brochure nelle 3 ore di attesa per le camere . facciamo quindi un giro in paese . torniamo per le 14.30 e solo una camera era pronta .., saliamo tutte almeno in quella e ancora nulla dei bagagli . sollecitiamo e li portano tutti insieme . nel mentre guardiamo la camera .. moquette per terra ( ancora nel 2023 ? ) , minibar con acqua e succo alla mela ( era indicato minibar rifornito all’arrivo gratuito ) finalmente è pronta anche la junior suite , al piano terra , senza balcone con ‘ vista’ su un cortile interno ( nelle descrizione tutte le camere avrebbero vista sulle montagne ) riusciamo finalmente a cambiarci ed entriamo in spa ( carina , l’unica parte rinnovata dell’albergo ) la piscina però al piano superiore con apertura all’esterno molto fredda ,lo facciamo notare e ci rispondono non è vero è calda , punto a questo punto una di noi ( la più tranquilla) va a parlare con la proprietaria per tutto quello sopra che risponde in maniera estremamente maleducata che era nostro compito chiedere l’accesso in spa , che la junior suite era l’unica rimasta , quindi cavoli nostri . (ribadisco che abbiamo scelto e pagato un 5 stelle della catena bel vita per un compleanno speciale !) arriva sera , andiamo a cena ( questa ottima , unica nota positiva ) la mattina il check out è alle 11 . chiediamo ( viste le mancanze precedenti di poter allungare un po ) ma ovviamente nulla , solo con un extra aggiuntivo ( come se nel prezzo gia pagato non ci potesse stare un’ora in piu ) andiamo a colazione la mattina e sul tavolo troviamo il conto degli extra ( ma non si paga al check out ?? ) , cosi anche la festeggiata vede i prezzi .. oltretutto ci mettono in conto tutti i due giri delle bolle dell’aperitivo ! ci rassegnamo , lasciamo le stanze per le 11 , e a luce spenta notiamo anche una bruttissima macchia sulla lampada del comodino ( ci mancava anche questo ..) . andiamo a saldare il conto, chiedendo appunto anche il perche di tutto l’aperitivo ( almeno uno doveva in logica rientrare nel generoso aperitivo di benvenuto) e sempre la fantastica e cortese proprietaria ci dice che il ricco aperitivo di benvenuto è solo il lunedi ( non indicato da nessuna parte e poi perché?) e che lo champagne non era compreso . ( bastava dirlo ? ) , comunque toglie un giro ma non si scusa ,anzi ci tratta malissimo e con sufficienza . termino dicendomi dispiaciuta di non aver avuto con me un cacciavite , per emulare checco zalone in quo vado ed uscire e togliere almeno due delle 5 stelle...
