Untermoarhof — Hotel in Pustertal - Val Pusteria

In July 2023 I accidentally ended up staying in the ‘Untermoarhof hotel’ after my car broke down and I felt very welcome there! It is a wonderful and peaceful place to stay, with a beautiful garden with also a swimming pool and a jacuzzi in it. Perfect to relax. The host was very friendly and extremely helpful. He shows a lot of belove for the place and it’s guests. He was flexibel and made sure I had a wonderful stay. He also helped me getting things sorted with the garage and rental car etc so I could continue my journey. My German is not that good, but he was patient with me and we made it work. The environment is beautiful and you can do some very nice hikes nearby and also all kinds of other sports. The pizzeria just up the street is a very good restaurant with great food (and drinks), the friendliest and most helpful staff and just in general a very nice place to go to. We spent a wonderful time there. Very good apartments, clean and quite well equipped, very close to lifts (actually you can ski directly to the hotel). There is a ski room, parking, heated, sauna, jacuzzi and gym included in the price. The road is not steep so you can easily get there by car even if it's snowing a lot. There are other perks like free skibus tickets and marmolade as a souvenir :) Mr. Anton is very nice...
