Probably nicest in Viserbella (and more expensive), though not sure it is a four star hotel, yet. Excellent staff: super-friendly and caring. Great breakfast (with few healthy options). Good Wi-Fi. The renovated parts are nice.||Incomplete renovation - Two years in and the hotel is still only half renovated. Some rooms look OK but then the corridors are done up only from the third floor up. Old windows, tiling and carpets await in the areas which haven’t been renovated. Once they finish, it will be nicer.||Toiletries: they provided no shower gel or conditioner. Only shampoo and body lotion. When we asked for shower gel, they gave us shampoo. And it comes in small plastic bags. We would suggest toiletries are upgraded, and provided in an environmentally-friendly way.||The “gym”. There is a space in the basement which has too few and old kit. No bar bells (unlike the marketing), no dumb bells, only some old kettlebells. This could be easily fixed by buying proper stuff. To start: buy a rower, a dumb-bell rack, and some mats?||Minibar - I used to warm my clothes. It was empty and built into the wardrobe unit. It was empty but running. Consuming electricity and generating heat for no reason. You are given one small plastic bottle for your whole stay (I’d eliminate it or upgrade it to a reusable item) and even that is not placed in the minibar. To me, a minibar sounds old-fashioned, but if you have it, and keep it running, you might as well stock it?...
Read moreI stayed here because of its proximity to the Fiera exhibition center, but it is not really that close -- I think Booking.com told me it was 1.3 miles, but it's actually 2.5 miles and not a nice walk (along the autostrada). The hotel has a schedule for the No.5 bus that goes to Fiera that shows that the bus comes every 5-10 minutes, but the bus schedule at the bus stop shows that it comes once an hour, starting at 9:18am, so I had to take a taxi (16 Euro). That said, there aren't actually any hotels next to Fiera so this is probably the most convenient location. The room was large and clean, with a small balcony with a sea-view, which I really liked. The Wi-Fi was very fast, so it was easy to work here. The room was a little bit noisy with the lift and the downstairs room playing music one nigth, so I would recommend bringing earplugs to sleep. Breakfast was really plentiful. The best thing here was the service - the receptionists were all really helpful, and the other staff I encountered were all very...
Read moreDefinitely the warmest stay we have experienced so far!||From the moment we got to Life Hotel we knew it was going to be a pleasure spending time there. The staff was very welcoming and at our disposal each time we needed any information or help throughout our vacation. ||We are a family of 4 adults, so we booked a suite that had 2 balconies facing the sea. We were very glad to see that it looked just as nice and clean as presented on their website. They made sure to have the room cleaned every single day of our stay!||The food was amazing! We’ve had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel and, for a very convenient price, we couldn’t have chosen a better restaurant option. They had everything there : from antipasti to cakes and ice cream, all wrapped in a plentiful swedish buffet! ||Furthermore, they offer a free private parking space, a well-dotted gym, a spa, a super-clean pool and outdoor jacuzzi! ||I highly recommend this hotel to every family out there wanting to relax, eat well and have a great...
