Hotel Caldora — Hotel in Rocca di Mezzo

Me and my husband we spent this christmas in this hotel. I don't recommend you because the room isn't so clean that it's look like, the shower is very small and dirty. Nobody change our bed sheets and we stayed 5days!!! The breakfast is very little, you don't have many food options. And i notice that they have the bread or anything else left from dinner last night from exemple. Many of the reception staff are very kind but many of them are such unproffesional. For example somebody from reception called me at 7:30 from mistake!!! They wake me up because they didn't double check who they wanted to speak with!!! |The dinner is acceptable but the price is very high keeping count on what kind of food they...

If you want to stay in Italy for relaxing, This hotel would be perfect! The complete relaxing hotel of stays! There are beautiful natures, cleaned rooms, Italian dinner and breakfast, and quiet lounge. Also, They have a luxuary bar. In winter time, You can enjoy skiing,too. I stayed this hotel with friends on July. The hot weather in Italy the time, But this hotel is really comfortable to stay even in summer time. ||The owner of this hotel speaks Italian, Spanish, and English. They accept any travelers and support our stays.||The cost performance is great,too.||That's perfect hotel in Italy for all seasons. Next time, I would like to stay this hotel in winter...

Hotel ben posizionato,a soli cinque minuti di camminata dal centro.Una volta entrati si ha l'impressione di essere catapultati improvvisamente negli anni 80 per via degli arredi,e di oggetti vari . Personale di reception gentile,educato ma soprattutto sorridente. Camere non tanto spaziose ma pulite, come anche i bagni. Avendo soggiornato con un gruppo di circa 18 persone,ho avuto modo di poter constatare l'effettiva pulizia,presente anche nelle altre camere . Pulizia presente anche negli spazi di comune utilizzo,quali reception , sala con divani etc. etc. Nota dolente, per la quale il mio giudizio è di sole tre stelle,riguarda la cucina. Oserei definirla quasi "imbarazzante" al punto tale da dover pensare di esser stati noi particolarmente sfortunati nell'essere incappati in un momento no del cuoco. Purtroppo quando si sbaglia anche la preparazione di quello che può essere definito l' A B C della cucina, ovvero,un semplice piatto di pasta col pomodoro ,ti sorge il ragionevole dubbio che ciò non possa rappresentare la quotidianità. Colazione dolce più che sufficiente, il salato quasi inesistente. Infine mi permetto di dare un consiglio al personale di sala il quale, ha manifestato, in più occasioni segnali di insofferenza, di ostilità. SORRIDERE,SORRIDERE.....il tutto accompagnato da quel pizzico in più di gentilezza e pazienza,che non guasta mai.se sono lì, lo devono solo a noi clienti.....almeno questo Tali atteggiamenti sono stati carpiti anche da ospiti di...
