Warmly welcomed on arrival and dietary requirements confirmed.||Deluxe room on the fourth floor overlooking the mountain/road. Everything was clean, very comfortable bed, pillows and linen. Housekeeping is spot on. Hairdryer has a long lead, can be used in front of a mirror and a decent wattage and is ergonomic. This is a plus point for me. Great blackout curtains in the bedroom. ||The room is a comfortable size with a balcony which had two chairs and a table. Limited space, still welcome though. ||Public areas and dining room are stylish and contemporary yet exuding warmth and are inviting. ||Dinner service. Looked after well by the members of the team. The whole team here are courteous and friendly. Meals are of an excellent quality and beautifully presented. Imaginative choices. They checked and confirmed our dietary requirements daily at dinner which was appreciated. Love the range of crockery at dinner. Each evening seemed to have a different set. ||Breakfast . This is my favourite meal of the day and I wasn't disappointed. There is a very good range of fresh fruits, including fresh tamarind, yoghurts, eggs etc. ||Spa is good. Sauna and steam rooms are a decent temperature. Area is very clean. There is a range of teas available.||Afternoon snacks are offered and what I enjoyed about this is they were savoury rather than sweet options. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Stella! The rooms were lovely—spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, with beautiful decor that made us feel right at home.

The restaurant was a highlight of our visit. The food was absolutely fantastic, with a great variety of delicious dishes, and the service was impeccable. A special thank you to the waiters Giuseppe, Alberto, Pietro, as well as the maître d’ (whose name we unfortunately didn’t catch), for their warm and attentive service. They truly made every meal an absolute delight.

After a day of activities, the spa was the perfect place to unwind. The facilities were excellent, offering a serene and relaxing environment that left us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to two large lifts that land in the center of the park, making it incredibly easy to access all the surrounding attractions. For ski enthusiasts, Hotel Stella offers perfect facilities, from well-maintained equipment to ski-in/ski-out access, making it an ideal choice for anyone hitting the slopes.

Das Hotel Stella liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße in Wolkenstein. Direkt hinter dem Haus befindet sich der Costabella-Lift und die Ciampinoi-Bahn ist mit wenigen Schritten zu erreichen. Die Abfahrten enden auch nur wenige Meter vom Hotel entfernt. Apres-Ski ist gleich um die Ecke im La Stua sehr gut.|Der Skikeller hat für jedes Zimmer einen eigenen, beheizten Schrank, in dem sowohl die Skischuhe als auch Helme und Handschuhe getrocknet werden. Von dort aus geht es mit einem Aufzug direkt nach draußen.|Das Hotel ist erst vor kurzem renoviert worden und äußerst modern und geschmackvoll. Das Publikum ist international gemischt, aber durchweg sehr nett und situiert. Keinerlei rumgeprolle und fehlendes Benehmen, sondern kultiviertes und dezentes Auftreten aller Gäste (bis auf einen einzelnen älteren Herren, der alle an seinem Smartphone teilhaben ließ). |Die modernisierten Zimmer verfügen über 3-fach-Verglasung, Holzboden, geräumige Schränke sowie einen Balkon. Die Heizung lässt sich ganz modern über ein Touchpad steuern und funktioniert hervorragend. Es gibt einen 55-Zoll TV, einen Kühlschrank, Schreibtisch und ein kleines Sitzsofa. Das Bett ist sehr gemütlich und mit einer Auswahl an Kissen (für jeden etwas dabei) ausgestattet. Der Schlafkomfort ist sehr gut.|Im Bad gibt es, neben Waschbecken und Dusche, ein WC und ein Bidet. Handtücher sind reichlich vorhanden und es gibt auch sehr flauschige Bademäntel.|Die tägliche Zimmerreinigung ist sehr ordentlich und das Reinigungspersonal sehr freundlich.|Insgesamt ist es sehr ruhig auf den Fluren und auch von der Straße dringt kaum etwas ins Zimmer.|Absolut erwähnenswert ist im Stella die Kulinarik, welche mit einem ausgiebigen Frühstück, mit großer Auswahl an allem was das Herz begehrt, beginnt. Alles frisch, kein Tütenei, Tee und Kaffee werden nach Wunsch gebracht, ebenso Eierspeisen, Smoothies oder Waffeln und Crepes. Alles in Toppqualität und täglich ein anderes Special dabei. Da startet der Skitag ideal.|Jeden Abend Finedining mit Salat- oder Themenbuffet als Start und dann 5 Gänge im Wahlmenü. Insgesamt alles sehr kreativ, schmackhaft und mehr als sättigend. Wer hier nicht satt wird, macht etwas falsch.|Die Weinauswahl, aus dem begehbaren Weinschrank ist sehr gut und bietet eine große Anzahl italienischer und internationaler Gewächse zu moderaten Preisen. Da nimmt man gerne die eine oder andere Flasche.|Was es aber unvergesslich macht, ist das Serviceteam rund um Fabio, Michael, Alberto und die weiteren Kollegen. Alle herzlich, freundlich und sehr, sehr aufmerksam. Keinerlei Attitüden oder Gehabe, sondern volle Konzentration auf das Gästewohl.
