The ordered salmon was dry, overcooked, tasteless and cold. From a restaurant with reviews this good you'd expect something extraordinary, however the salmon was very underwhelming.
The beef tagliata was served on a cold plate instead of a hot stone, which resulted in the dish going cold as soon as it arrived at the table. That is unacceptable when it comes to meat of any kind, because you can't fully enjoy your meal.
On top of that the waiter wasn't attentive and seemed to have been rushing to close the restaurant already. Even though the salmon was barely touched, he didn't even bother to ask if anything was wrong with it.
