What went wrong: -The wifi: We got to the 'hotel' and realized there was no wifi but also no phone service. We had to walk for about one kilometer to get service. Having phone calls and work emails to send, our stay was made extremely unpleasant. On the first day we asked the owners if there was anything they could do about it and they did not seem to care and showed no help nor understanding. They simply said they were still waiting for the technician and that they had been waiting for days... We replied that we understood it was not their fault but that they should have told us in advance because due to the work we knew we had to do, we would have chosen another place. Once again no response was given and no sign of interest. As during the entirety of our stay, the wifi was not fixed we were waiting for a discount, (as any normal hotel would have done) especially because we had not been told in advance and simply had to accept it. But when it came to checking out, the owner did not mention a discount. We therefore asked and she replied: "the wifi is something additional, we are not making you pay for it but we don't counter for issues either''. Basically you should be happy that we even give it for free in the first place. PS: the wifi is listed in the amenities or at least it is now and when we went.

We were on honeymoon and arrived here from Tuscany, but left 5 minutes after we arrived here.
I have many years of experience driving cars all over the world, but coming from Tuscany and driving up this mountain, I didn't fell comfortable doing it again during our stay here. We could wait a day or 2 for a bus to take us to town and get groceries, but in the meantime we would have to stay and not have anything to eat. Therefore we informed the owner, she mentioned she couldn't do anything for us and we would not get a refund.
Be very cautious when booking this accomodation. It is located on a very steep mountain and be aware of oncoming traffic on the one-way...

Stayed here for a night. This Place is a little away from town but the Hosts gave us a ride to and from the day we arrived. Next day unfortunately there was no ride available and we walked all the way to Venarazza which was a downhill walk for 30 minutes. The rooms was spacious, comfortable and a good size bath and toilet. The place is very beautiful with an enchanting panoramic view of the sea from the terrace where you can relax , have your morning cup of tea.
