We had a great stay at this lovely B&B. Each day begins with a breakfast if you want, also gluten-free options are available. The rooms are clean, equipped with nice bathrooms and air conditioning. The owners are incredibly friendly and always ready to provide advice and tips. We experienced a broken air conditioner, but the owners resolved the issue the same day. They are always there to assist if needed. Also there are two bikes available for free use.
Outside, there is a shared space where you can relax before bedtime. Nearby, there is a small shop with food and drinks and an excellent place for dinner.

The room was charming and. as it was 34 degrees, the A/C was very welcome and efficient. We stayed for 6 nights and really enjoyed our stay here.||Breakfast was good and he would provide whatever we asked for, from cooking eggs as we requested to providing fruit to order.||Very easy bus ride to town and Tommaso gave us clear instructions about bus times and places to visit. He found out about car hire for us and recommended tourist sights further afield such as Lake Garda and Padua. He was also happy to lend us cushions to visit the Opera at the Arena.||The hotel is located in Avesa next to an interesting old church with lovely bells, and a well stocked grocery. It has two good restaurants, one pricey but worth it, the other more of a local Trattoria for the locals serving great food at a good price, again on his recommendation.||Will definitely return.||Grazie...
