Privilege Apartments — Hotel in Vimercate

We stayed there 1 night. The building is very modern in the middle of nothing and you must have a car. Rooms are with a small kitchen corner and the modern bath has no space to range your things and a shower has defective massage jets. Light are only digital swich and everything looks like very modern with no soul. Kits for the breakfast and kits for washing dishes..All so modern but the main problem is that it lacks water....so you can't wash but you pay the full price....The same night, water started to make noisy in the flush and had difficult to run so we couldn't wash. The morning after was worse, no water at all so we called the reception and the only person working that day was very rude no trying to understand the problem and no trying to solve the problem. Some after someone told us that the problem was in Vimercate and not in the hotel so they couldn't do anything....some after, the only person working that day, told us that the problem had been solved and we only had to wait a little bit for the water. Hour after, water didn't run so we went to check out and search for the director. The rude lady, the only one working that day, she sayed she couldn't call the director...and she couldn't do a discounted price for the night that we payed in full at our arrival. ||So we were left on our own , we payed a full price and we had an half service (no water!!) and we have been taken for a ride when they told us that the problem was in Vimercate because we checked and in Vimercate that day had not been any problems with water... I arrived at the airport late the evening. There was a massive strike of taxis in Milan. Uber was totally saturated. I could not go to the hotel as the only way to go there is by car. I hardly find an hostel to have somewhere to sleep.||||The day after when I could finally get to the "Privilege Apartments", they asked me to pay for the previous night. I don't find it commercial at all as any hotel in town they knew the situation with the taxi. I accept this as I can understand they prefer me to lose money rather than them. ||||They also charged me for one extra night as a penalty for no-show which I consider theft and I cannot accept. Excellent apart hotel, looks brand new. Super clean rooms, very modern design and decor along with high tech everywhere. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Breakfast was Bauli pastries and milk / orange juice (not from concentrate!) Which is placed in your bedroom the day before (you can put them in the fridge to enjoy cold). If you want to have a beautiful view, make sure you request a room in the back of the hotel otherwise you'll have a view of the parking lot.

Dog park is right next to it and if course, pets are allowed. So very...
