HOTEL ZOAGLI — Hotel in Zoagli

We stayed in this hotel few days in June because a friend married in town.||The hotel is run by a friendly family, the members of which were always ready to assist us with a smile. Our room was clean and in order, even though very minimal: just a bed, a table and a wardrobe without shelves. ||||We were provided only with a small piece of soap and two single use shower gel during our stay. Therefore, take with you toothpaste/brush and any other product you may need.||||Breakfast is just alright. Bread, eggs, croissants, some cheese and ham, jam and butter are available. Only soluble coffee is available, you have to pay extra for espresso or capuccino.||||The hotel has an unique reserved parking spot but it faces the train station where some free parking are available. You need to be lucky though, since they cannot reserve it for you.||||If you are planning to visit the rest of the riviera by train, you may wait in your room until the speakers announce the arrival of the train, since the station is just 20 meters away.||||The extreme vicinity to the train station has its downsides: trains are quite numerous and noisy. If you are a light sleeper you may have problems. ||||We didn't have A/C in our room or a TV. This hotel provided our accomodation whilst attending a wedding in the town of Zoagli. This hotel is a very good and basic place to stay if visiting or passing through the region. The room was airy, clean and fully funtional. Interestingly, there was no tv but this didn't matter too much. The hotel is run by a very pleasant couple who were always pleasant and attentive to our needs and requests. The breakfast is quite simple but wholly sufficient to get you started for the day. The hotel's vicinity to the local train station is perfect for journeying around the region. Been there for 3 nights (juli 2019). Very nice hotel with a hostel like ambiance (feels like home), rooms are clean and maintained clean. Good sleep. great shower. Nice bar (with a good cappuccino). Good breakfast. great location, 2 minutes walk to the beach. Hotel near the small train station (noice didnt bother us. At night not so much trains passing by). But at day you can travel fast and cheap to near city/villages (portofino). Zoagli village is popular place for the italians and is very nice to eat (and also not so expensive)....
