Satsuki — Hotel in Aomori

Perfect stay. This is a fine Japanese inn with services and facilities that make you feel at home. Our room had a view of the cherry blossoms, which were in full bloom and were particularly elegant from the room. The onsen experience was like taking a bath at home, feeling relaxed and comfortable. The hotel staff was considerate and meticulous in their service, and although we didn't speak Japanese, it didn't affect communication at all. Dinner included crab meat, puffer fish, sea urchin and other ingredients, which was a seafood feast. I especially recommend going out to soak in the hot springs at night. We met a kitten by chance, which touched us very much. It was docile and cute, and was the best companion. 遠くから見ると普通の一軒家のように見えますが、中はまさに純和風の民宿。外観とは裏腹に部屋は広々としていて開放的です。清潔に保たれていることは勿論、部屋を彩る小物や生け花が宿泊者の心を癒します。残念ながら青い森鉄道の東側にあるため、窓から陸奥湾の眺めを見ることは出来ず、眺めはあまりよくありません。||1階に浴場がありますが、いわゆる温泉旅館のような広々とした浴場ではありません。一般家庭より一回り大きくした程度のお風呂です。浴室もそれほど広くはありませんが、混み合うことは少なくゆったりとくつろぐことが出来ます。もう一つのこの宿ならではのくつろぎは、この宿の看板猫。とても人懐っこく宿泊客にすり寄ってくる様子は本当に癒されました。||海の幸をふんだんに取り入れた食事も素晴らしいの一言につきます。一つ一つの器には少量ずつ盛られているものの、品数が多いため充分満足できます。仲居さんも気さくな方で、それだけでなく朝食の準備や布団敷きも手際が良かったです（若干せっかちなところが見られましたが）。日常の喧騒を離れながらゆったりくつろげる宿としてお勧めです。||||You may look like a normal house when you look at the inn from a distance. But unlike its appearance, the rooms are spacious and pure Japanese style. The rooms are very clean, and the Japanese-style goods and ikebana kept in the rooms are very attractive. Unfortunately you cannot see the sea of Mutsu Bay from this inn. The view from the hotel is not very good.||There is no bathroom in each room, and guests use the public bath on the 1st floor. But, it is not a spacious bath like a hot spring inn. The bathtub is a little larger than that of a home. But, like a large hot spring inn, there will be few opportunities for crowding with guests. I think you can relax in the bath.||Another element that you can relax in this inn is the domestic cat! The cat is very friendly and will snuggle to you, so you'll be healed.||The dishes that are used a lot of seafood are very delicious. Although the amount of food in each dish is small, because of large number of dishes, you'll be satisfied. All the staff are very friendly and work very fluently.
