残光 Zankou
Style:golden ale / ibu:19 / abv:4.3% 温泉やサウナ上がりはこのエール。白ワインのような香りに大地を感じさせるアロマを持つライトエールです。和食と相性が良く、お料理の味を引き立てます。苦味も少なくスムースな口当たりで当醸造所では最もライトなビールです。

Style: west coast ipa / ibu:34 / abv:6.4% 蛍火醸造を代表するipaがこの千輪です。すっきりしたボディーにシャープな苦味が加わり柑橘系のアロマが重層的に織りなすホッピネスでドライなipaです。口当たり最初に感じるその苦味が引いていくと同時にグレープフルーツやオレンジ、松感のあるアロマがしっかりと存在感をアピールします。

Amazing west coast IPA, if I never would have guessed I would be drinking west coast IPA in Japan, I was pleasantly surprised when I stopped in for a beer after having dinner at a local restaurant. The owner was really friendly and the beer menu was quite diverse given the size of the brewery, after reviewing the menu I decided to go with the West coast IPA and I'm happy to say it was really good and easily contends with IPA I would get back home (BC Canada) nicely done, my only regret is that I didn't speak with the owner more, I would love to know his story as I didn't see a lot of craft...

Nice decor, great food and drinks, friendly staff. I recommend the hirame namahamu! It was really good, I came back twice 😂 partly also due to the fact that most of the other shops in the area weren't exactly open when I visited in late-October, but that's beside the point. The rillette was not bad as well and most of the food pair effortlessly with their assortment of in-house beers.
