My wife and I stayed here for two nights while she was here on business. The hotel has great size rooms and in our case twin beds. Room was nice size with good size closet and awesome bathroom. Seems like they may be upgrading or remodeling over time. Plenty of space to put luggage and even unpack. All the things needed for ironing clothes. Shower area was integrated into bathtub area and big enough for larger people to shower. Green tea scented toilet paper was fun. WiFi worked well and staff was very helpful, with decent enough English skills. They have a small restaurant that serves breakfast- Western or Japanese. Service was impeccable - fine China kind of thing. Food was unremarkable for Western breakfast, but overall fine, maybe order things well done if you are American - perfect to get something quick and get going. (Starts at 7). Lots of restaurants close and in walking distance or short cab ride.||Fuji-san is awesome - nice view on clear day from third floor deck area - just look for the door to the outside area. Also recommend a shrine not too far away - Fujisam Hongu Sensen Taisha. Beautiful with awesome views of Fuji-san in background (early morning seems to be best chance at getting...

Although they were not serving any customer then, none of them was on the lookout to assist guests whom they were expecting based on the reservation list. No one helped us with...
