Slippers ans socks are provided for moving around the guesthouse.||||Hot spring baths are available, both indoor and outdoor, and house kimonos were provided and changed daily. ||||Japanese food is served which was of the highest quality.||||There is a shower/bath adjoining each room, but this is quite exposed to the elements and when we were there it was quite cold and uninviting so the shower and hot spring baths were the way to go.||||The location overlooks a river and waterfall (NB not all rooms) and was very quiet.||The guesthouse is some distance from the nearest from the nearest railway station but there is a small bus that I believe would be available to collect guests (see photo).||||The staff were very obliging and courteous.||||The temperature in our room was well regulated with a very good A/C. Lighting is also able to be controlled remotely and can be dimmed.||||I would highly recommend this guesthouse/hotel as a great place to stay in the...
