I made a reservation for one night because it was a place with a wonderful view of the sea and the reviews were good, but I heard the forecast that it would rain a lot due to the sudden typhoon two days before the reservation date, so I inquired about cancellations or changes, but the answer was to ask the reservation site. They had the right to decide, but I thought I had to ask the reservation site for the procedure, so I asked the reservation site, and it was possible to convey my opinion to the accommodation without consultation. What I don't understand is that it's not a cancellation on the day of the reservation, but a cancellation a few days ago, but it's a penalty in full. The company information shows the degree to which a change in reservation can be made only by paying a full penalty. But they didn't even answer the penalty adjustments I asked. I didn't want to cancel it for free, but because it wasn't a cancellation on the day, I asked if a certain amount of discounted penalty would be possible, but they said at first that they would do as the reservation site said, and the typhoon could cause heavy rain, so the conversation ended (I never asked for a full refund). Read moreVery good stay experience, the rooms are large, all air-conditioned and the comforters are thick and warm. You can see the ocean right out of the door. We booked a room with an ocean view and a great view of the Pacific Ocean. I have summarized several advantages, first, it is close to the station and second, it is cheap and cost-effective. Third, the boss was very kind and helped us to the station when we had a lot of luggage. The disadvantage is that the facilities are not as complete as the hot spring hotel facilities. For me, clean, comfortable, quiet and convenient transportation is enough. In addition, the guest house requires quiet after 10 PM, but also for each guest to have a good sleep, especially great! I'll be...

We can highly recommend Ken's hotel. Ken and his wife are worderful sweet and friendly people. The hotel is clean and tidy. There is a small kitchen with stove and kettle plus coffee and tee. Because of us, Ken also bought a fridge. The rooms have tatami and sheets on the ground. On ground floor you can find the shower plus bath tub, on first floor (where the rooms are) is a new toilette. Ken went out of his way to turn our stay in one of the best experiences of our whole trip. On his free day, he drove us in his car to the most beautiful spots on the half-island izu. His English is good and he also has whatsapp. If we will be able to do another trip to Japan, visiting Ken and his Hotel would be top-ranking...
