We had the pleasure of staying at the exquisite Monaile Hotel during the winter season, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we stepped foot in the hotel until our departure, every aspect of our stay was impeccable.
First and foremost, the staff at Monaile Hotel were incredibly welcoming and attentive. They greeted us with warm smiles and were always ready to assist us with any inquiries or requests we had. Their exceptional service truly made us feel like valued guests throughout our stay.
The hotel itself boasts a remarkable blend of modern elegance and cozy charm. The lobby's tasteful decor and soothing ambiance instantly set the tone for our stay. Our room was beautifully designed, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities we could ask for. The comfortable beds provided a perfect sanctuary after a day of winter activities.
Speaking of winter activities, Monaile Hotel's location couldn't be better for winter enthusiasts. Situated in close proximity to breathtaking ski slopes and snow-covered landscapes, it offered us easy access to indulge in the winter sports we love. The hotel even provided convenient shuttle services to the nearby ski resorts, making our daily adventures hassle-free.
Furthermore, Monaile Hotel boasts a range of excellent amenities, including a spa and wellness center. After a day of skiing, we indulged in a rejuvenating massage, followed by a relaxing dip in the hot tub. It was the perfect way to unwind and pamper ourselves amidst the snowy winter wonderland.
In conclusion, Monaile Hotel provided us with an enchanting winter retreat that exceeded our expectations. The warm hospitality, elegant surroundings, convenient location, and fantastic amenities made our stay truly memorable. Read moreThis was our first trip to Madarao (last Jan 2016) and the Mon Ale was a fantastic find. Huge rooms by any standard and very reasonably priced for a Japanese ski resort. Separate sleeping and lounge section in our western room, beds very comfortable and nice snowy vista views. Also loads of cupboard space which is extremely rare for Japanese accommodation in our experience. Not ski in/ski out (close too it) but very easy slope access if you use the complimentary shuttle to and from the Madarao Kogen Resort. Good breakfast with plenty of choice and great onsen. The Staff were lovely and very helpful. Limited dining options in Madarao but Jazzy's (absolutely brilliant) and the Italian restaurant (sorry can't remember the name but had good Izakaya style selection as well as pizza and pasta) were enough to keep us satisfied. The skiing was great with enough for all levels with easy access between Madarao and Tangram. Would definitely go again and the Mon Ale would definitely be our choice of accommodation. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is due to it being slightly dated (as I find most purpose built Japanese ski resorts are) but still highly...
