A must stay! If you are looking for a place to stay for the aquarium or just a place to get away, this is it! We got the Superior Room with Sea View and it was amazing! (Y’all can thank my hubby for all the amazing pictures! 😘) The room is so spacious and bathrooms clean! They had a small kitchen, dining table, living room area, entrance and bedroom space. And, my favorite was the walkout balcony view! The staff are friendly and attentive during check in/out and dining area. (No room service available here.) Room cleaning is done on the third day but we didn’t stay long enough for that. Instead you can leave your trash and wet towels in the basket at the door and the staff will take care of it. Second floor of hotel: There’s a small gym consists of two treadmills and two bike and that’s about it. They also have an outdoor pool facing the sea but unfortunately it was closed off because of colder weather. The restaurant has a breakfast buffet every morning with a good variety of Japanese dishes. (Each day is slightly different.) In the evening you can go there for dinner. The food is really good. And if you don’t want to eat there, they also have a food court with different choices so make sure you check them out! And when you first drive in, you might have noticed a Starbucks connection to the hotel! Opposite of the first floor of Starbucks there are also small shops to get some souvenirs. Overall, this was an amazing experience and I would definitely...
Read moreOnly there for a short stay but true to their word, it feels like coming home to your faraway personal den. Parking is free, staff are hospitable, the location is great particularly if you want to visit the tourist attractions nearby. Plus our room had a very nice view of the sea. They have a package that includes a scrumptious breakfast buffet so that's another plus. Loved their omelette and smoothies btw. ☺️Lastly, there is a Starbucks, different shops and restaurants in front of the hotel that you can check out too. Personally I loved the layout of the room and I didn't have a problem with the thermostat like the other reviewers have mentioned. The ACs in our room have remote controls so you can adjust it to your preference lile in other hotels. Some part of the walls have some marks which I think is caused by moving of the furniture maybe while cleaning but I think it can be cleaned easily by a Magic Eraser or something like that. Other than that, our family loved our whole experience and would definitely be back during warmer months so we can use the outdoor infinity pool. Last but not the least, they also have an onsen too that's open until midnight if you want...
Read moreOverall a fantastic 3-night stay experience. No complaints with the guest room at all. It's spacious, comfortable like an apartment with a living room, bedroom, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen was equipped with basic dining ware sets. It's sufficient to get taken out, reheat food and dine comfortably, but don't expect to cook a meal here. The air conditioning was well functioning and responsive with adjustment. Great view of the ocean from the balcony. ||The breakfast was amazing with Okinawa, Japan and western options. Everything tasted great and the staff were friendly and attentive.||The only small complaint was the self-service laundry dryers. The hotel used 2-in-1 washers-dryers. Unfortunately, the drying part didn't work well. The clothes were very damp at the end of the wash-and-dry cycle. I had to run an additional dry only cycle and the clothes didn't get much drier. I'm sure the problem was not me unable to operate the machine because the guest next to me also experienced the same problem. Unfortunately, the cycle was mostly preset and not adjustable by guests. Just be prepared to spend a lot of time to dry if you want the clothes to be...
