The thickness of the egg and spam is consistent, providing a well-balanced flavor when eaten together, very satisfying! 🍴 Deep Fried Tofu & Abura Miso (¥700): Okinawan tofu is a native tofu in Okinawa, where soybeans are separated (soymilk/tofu dregs) before heating. It has low water content, a resilient texture that doesn't fall apart, a fragrant soy taste, and a rich miso sauce. Personally, I found the combination of the four flavors a bit odd (maybe it's a Okinawan specialty?).
