For breakfast, I've already planned to try this Okinawan rice ball place, which is a popular queue shop in the city. Without checking, I didn't know that "spam" is a soul food in Okinawa Prefecture, and this place specializes in spam and egg rice balls, freshly handmade on the spot upon order. 🍴 Fried Fish Cake Spam and Egg Rice Ball (￥700): This new item is quite enticing, with the fish cake offering a smoky and chewy texture. The thickness of the egg and spam is consistent, providing a well-balanced flavor when eaten together, very satisfying! 🍴 Deep Fried Tofu & Abura Miso (￥700): Okinawan tofu is a native tofu in Okinawa, where soybeans are separated (soymilk/tofu dregs) before heating. It has low water content, a resilient texture that doesn't fall apart, a fragrant soy taste, and a rich miso sauce. Personally, I found the combination of the four flavors a bit odd (maybe it's a Okinawan specialty?). I felt that miso doesn't necessarily pair well with every food, so I separated the spam and egg from the miso Okinawan tofu to try them individually. IG: tracyloveliving

早餐已經諗好試呢間沖繩飯糰，響市區呢間都係排隊店嚟㗎～唔睇資料唔知，原來「午餐肉」係沖繩縣民靈魂美食，而呢間就係午餐肉蛋飯糰嘅專門店，飯糰係響接到訂單後現場手工製作。

2024.04.16(二) 早上8:40左右到的時候不用排隊，不過是現場做，要等一下。 我點了薑汁阿古豬(あぐー豚生姜焼) 850日圓、炸魚漿(チキアギー) 700日圓、炸蝦(エビタル) 650日圓、鰹魚(鰹なまり節の天ぷら) 750日圓、加購海藴湯(もずくスープセット) 300日圓。 都算滿好吃的，不過炸魚漿那個吃起來有點像甜不辣。 海藴湯(もずくスープセット)滿推薦的，沒有很貴又滿好喝的。
