Staying here now.
We booked 6 nights and were given just 4 bath towels for 3 people to last 6 nights. Not even enough for us to have towels to use while we wash towels - six would have made more sense.
We were also given just 4 Nespresso capsules for 3 people for 6 days, and 2 of those capsules are decaf. So we can't all even have ONE non-decaf coffee each, never mind one daily. You can't buy the capsules anywhere local and it's the only coffee maker. Why list having coffee making facilities and then do that? We are paying a daily rate.
Customer service is available in English and Japanese but they can barely understand you in either language due to the poor tablet audio quality and not being native Japanese or English speakers (Thai or Vietnamese I think) and they didn't get the point.

The walls and floor are cardboard. There are kids running around in the floor upstairs and they sound like thumping elephants. Lots of reviews on other site reference noise and so noise sensors have been installed in each room. You could find all you need to cook in the hotel!|The air was fresh, and the environment was great and quiet. The only downside was that, there's no elevator for second floor room. We had to take stairs with our heavy luggage under the rain. The stair was quite steepy, so it's a bit dangerous. |All in all, it's a very cool place for a group of friends or family to...
Read moreStayed for 3 nights. It's like a chalet rather than a hotel. You are in for sleepless nights if there are large group of people staying near you. The walls are mostly hollow. Noises will penetrate through. Calling the cust care is unlikely to help. There is no real physical personnel on site.
However, buildings are nice. Rooms are well appointed. But again, what's the point of these nice buildings but u...
