⚠️残念でした⚠️

8月にわんちゃんと2泊しました。

那須高原という立地、サウナ付きの施設、緑に囲まれた豊かな環境。とても満足できる宿泊体験になるはずでした。

今後宿泊される方々のために、いくつか注意点を書いておきます。運営の方が見て改善してくださることを願います。

・緊急時の対応が遅すぎる 電話して状況説明をしても「担当の者から連絡いたします」ばかりで、何一つその場で解決しない。IHコンロが使えず調理ができなかったので対応をしてもらいたかったが、いつになっても電話もかかって来ない、催促してやっとメールが返ってきた程度。2泊の滞在中室内で料理はできませんでした。その他にも使い方や不明点について連絡しましたが、結局わかったのはチェックアウト後でした（質問に対する明確な返答はありませんでした）。

・清掃が行き届いていない これは感じ方に個人差があるかもしれません。水回りやシャワー室、その他の設備に関して、清掃の甘さが目立ちました。スリッパが中外兼用なのがちょっと個人的には無しでした。

大人4人、子供4人で利用させて貰いました。 広々した室内で一番下の子(0歳)はヨギボーに寝かせつつ、上の子3人(9歳)(4歳)(2歳)は買ってきた風船を、2Fの大きいハンモックに投げ込んで遊んでました😍

外の空間も広く、水鉄砲ではしゃぎ過ぎて洋服はびちゃびちゃに…洗濯機が乾燥機能付きでボタンひとつであっという間に乾いてしまいました🤩

何よりもサウナが最高で、サウナーの兄がとても喜んでくれました♪ 外気浴が某都内のサウナとは違い自然の中で出来るのが素晴らしかったです😂

夜は大人でBBQを楽しみ、余韻もキッチンで一杯😍 1日の宿泊じゃ足りなかったです😂

朝は雨が降ってましたが、車もすぐ目の前に止められるので、荷物の積み込みもラクラクでした♪
