The ryokan is in the middle of ginzen onsen, very traditional and cozy, the building is very beautiful in the traditional japanese way, which makes it a great photo spot. the staff here are all very friendly and helpful, while they might not be fluent in any foreign language, but they always try their best. i do feel that knowing japanese did make my stay much more comfortable and pleasant.

the dinner and breakfast was served in a common room, and both meals are so beautifully presented and so delicious, each dish are thoughtfully crafted, it's just so enjoyable and yummy, and it's definitely one of my favorite part of staying in a ryokan.

the onsen is also awesome, you get private rooms to use within your group, and everything is clean and the water is just so comfortable and soothing, i absolutely love it.

it was definitely a memorable stay and i would love to visit again in the future and definitely highly recommended to all...

This little town was very cute. you can walk all over the town within 3 hours. BUT you have to stay one night because night veiw is very romantic. ||The town has only little over 10 hotels. The reason I picked this was they serve dinner for the room and two hot spring bathes you can use only you and your family without reservation or extra fee. My husband is not confortable for taking bath with someone else. I needed to pick a hotel which has private bath or at least book for ourselves. It was his first time to take hot spring bath, he loved it. In fact we took 4 times for one night stay!||The room was very big and had a little porch. The meals were very good for me. Every this very Japanese. ||First they said they won't accept credit card...

This ryokan locate in the middle of Ginzan Onsen. Very convenient to walk around and take picture. Unfortunately, when we arrived there was snow storm and the weather was quite bad, cold and windy. Anyway the ryokan is very nice though not new. The staff are nice and friendly particular those who picked us at parking lot. The room is nice but locate on the 3rd floor and not so large for 4 people though iylt have a very nice view outside. The onsen is quite good especially the privaye ones. Dinner and breakfast is nice and delicious. However, the ryokan is quite difficult to make reservation and the price is not cheap though. Overall, we are happy and lucky to stay here.

Lovely ryokan located right in the middle of Ginzan Onsen. The staff there were very friendly, and arranged for both pick-up and drop-off at Oishida station. There are public onsens which you can privately use. Dinner is kaiseki style and was absolutely delicious. They also gave us a bottle of sake each as a gift, thank you!
