Me and my friend visited this restaurant in Feb 2024. I entered the restaurant and I asked if we would like to dine at the restaurant , how should we proceed.
The waitress ask me to write down my name in the reservation list/waiting list. Before I did that, I specifically mentioned that we are a group of 16 adults and we don't mind separate seating and we can devide to come at different time. And he said ok.
We waited for 45 minutes and it rained. At our time, when he called my name. I politely ask how many of us can enter, he reply with how many of us. I mentioned 16, and then he said NO, with a raised voice and rejecting of us to enter the restaurant. Read moreThe lunch we had at this restaurant was nothing short of incredible. Every dish we ate was fantastic particularly the famous Shirogane rice bowl which consisted of two types of chicken on a large bed of the finest rice I’ve ever tasted in a restaurant. Other highlights of our meal were the udon and hambagu set which we very much enjoyed. On top of the fantastic food if you dine upstairs you get to experience a magnificent view of the Ginzan Onsen Village while you eat your meal. The service was also very quick aside from them taking slightly longer to serve our udon but this did not hinder our amazing experience in any way. Highly recommend going here if you are going to spend the day in the Ginzan...
