The place is close to AEON mall, but not that close to the Okayama JR station. The staff are great and they are helpful. However, the hotel is old and rooms are small. The furnitures, walls and everything in the room are so old. Their electricity system is also very strange, you insert the key to turn on the electric box near the entrance of your room, you can hear it turning on as it will have a loud sound. You can also hear others inserting their keys. The furnitures are all worn out. you can see tape on the wall as well. I had a fly in my room for the night. When I finished my day and went back to my room with a humidifier, the receptionist asked for my room number. I was shocked cause this was not the first time I took anything from the self help amenities bar and haven't been asked for anything. I didn't feel comfortable cause I thought it is self help, right? Otherwise, don't leave it there, please. It makes me feel like I was stealing something. I do recommend Areaone in anywhere else but here in Okayama. You can walk all the way from the train station, through underground pathway to the basement of Aeon mall, crossing the footbridge to this hotel.||||No parking facility is provided, but you can park the car at the designated public car park, which is just a block away, at the back of hotel.
