【英語参考説明は下部に記載してます】 【English reference explanation is written at the bottom.】 (Shabushabu all-you-can-eat) "MIYAMA". ⬇⬇⬇ 今回、グーグルマップの口コミで紹介するのは、岡山イオンモール店内7Fに有る(しゃぶじゃぶ屋)の美山『MIYAMA』。頂いたのは、すき焼き味だけの六穀豚(Rokokubuta) 曜日やスタッフの調理担当者によりますが、肉厚が綺麗な時と、ゴミのかき集めの様な日があります。
最初の記入日は1年前にしてましたがまた改めて変更点が有るので追記しときます。 今まででしたら、4種類の出汁を選び普通にしゃぶしゃぶ出来てたのですが。 ⬇変更した場所は、 『すき焼き出汁』だけは別になり、 鍋のサイズと鍋底が浅いので、かなり不便になり、他の出汁は楽しめません。なので4人で行ったらアウト。全く食べた気分にならないと思います。

前提としてスタッフが悪いのでは無く、浅はかな本社の考え方が失敗って事で、続きを読まれてくださいね。 ⬇ 【本社の方針】 ⬇ (理由としては、すき焼き出汁)が人気な為に別にする方針にしてます。 なので、此れは店のスタッフが悪い訳では無く本社で机の上でしか物事を考えて無い為、おそらくですが、余計な仕事が増える=クレームも入る=客が遠のく❌ って悪循環です。 本来なら、スタッフが働きやすい環境にしてあげるべき所を逆にして失敗例としか言えません。ただ、スタッフさんは良い方達ばかりですから評価は下げませんが、本社の人間はまず貴方達が調理場に立ちなさい。 ⬇ココからは前回とある程度同じよ。 出汁は4種類から選ぶ事が出来ますが すき焼き出汁だけは別 頂いたのは、すき焼出汁と、鶏塩出汁を選びました。 ⬇ 肉も3〜4種類有り、値段により変わります。 安くコスパ良く頂くなら、豚しゃぶで充分ですよ。 店員さんの接客は非常に丁寧です。 野菜類や、麺類等も有ります。 飲み物はドリンクバーがお勧めです。 お勧めコースは六穀豚(Rokokubuta)ですよ🥓 ⬇ (BAD food)❌ それと、オプションで生蟹脚2本で、750円位ですが、生蟹と言うより、完全に火を通差無いと駄目なら、金額に見合ってません。 生蟹では無くボイル蟹になります。しゃぶじゃぶで、ボイル蟹等聞いた事すら有りませんから、ハズレです。 それと同じく、生牡蠣が有りますが、此方も同じなので別注文としては損をします。 ⚠なので、此れも本社の思惑と違いBADポイントになる要因です⚠ ⬇⬇⬇ 😰本社手働く方は頭がクレージーなのですか❓ ⬇⬇⬇(BAD food)❌ 更に別で松坂牛のコースが有りますが、正直、注文しない方が良いですよ。 金額的にも1万円と強気な姿勢にしてますが、松坂牛でもAランクなのか、ただ松坂牛なのかもわかりませんから。 本当に良い店なら、A5ランク等の記載をしてるはずです。 基本的に冷凍肉しか使用しないので、あからさまなハズレだと思います。 ⬇⬇⬇ ✨Added word of mouth for English version.✨ 🔦『English Check..💖』 ✨Sorry bro,I'm sorry if there is a mistake in English.✨ ⬇⬇⬇ This time, the restaurant I'm introducing through Google Maps reviews is MIYAMA, a shabu-shabu (hot pot) restaurant located on the 7th floor of Okayama Ion Mall.
