DONT COME! Worth negative star. Dishonest and rude staff. Overcharged us an un-wanting & expensive product (an ugly toy the store is hard-selling all around the counter - I’ve never bought any manga toys in my life) by putting to our basket either accidentally or not but refused to refund us and claimed we lied about regretting the purchase. The only fault of ours is to only realize when we got back to the hotel late night. We almost missed our flight as well for spending hour at the store for it.

Here in Okayama the store is not nearly as busy as the Tokyo version. I've seen lines that were 30 customers deep in Tokyo. Here the worst I've seen in my 3 trips is 5 people deep in the afternoon...
