GRANDIOSO OKINAWA POOL ONNA 7 — Hotel in Onna

My friends and I stayed at the Okinawa property for July 4th weekend. Immediately upon arrival, the lack of cleanliness was obvious. Basic cleaning procedures were wholly neglected (sliding door to pool was filthy, both couches had stains, the floors were dirty, top of the refrigerator was not cleaned). Most importantly, the hot water did not work. It was obvious the owners were aware of this because there was a sign on the faucets (picture attached below). Traveling with a young child and no hot water for bathing equals cruelty. The beds were clean but expectations were that the entire place would be clean. As a travel agent that recommends properties, I would NOT recommend this to any of my clients. I tried to contact the property with these issues, with no response. 施設は文句なしに素晴らしく、何度でも沖縄に宿泊するときお願いしたいくらいなのですが、、、（汗）

宿泊中、夜、メールが来るので何かな？と思ったら、近隣の方からの苦情が来ているので、２１時以降は部屋の中でお過ごしください。というメールでした。 （宿泊規則にも書かれていた）

こっちがいくら規則を守っていようと、隣の方が夜プールに入ったり騒いだりしてたら、お願いメールが来ます。 （実際隣が入ってたし騒いでた（汗）

きっと宿泊者全員に送信されているのかと思いますが、小心者の私は家での声が漏れているのかとびっくりして主人に確認してもらう始末。。。。（聞こえてませんでしたが）

次の日の夜は警察が来て、しかもパトカーをうちが借りていたレンタカーの横に停めるから、（駐車線から出てないけど）駐禁かと慌てて尋ねたら、ここらへんの騒音で通報があったとの事。。。（うちじゃないのは確認済み）

そのこと以外では、本当に文句なしに素晴らしい施設です！

タオルやアメニティも人数分揃えていてくれるし、お皿やコップ、しゃもじやフライパン、炊飯器、レンジ、トースター、バーベーキューセットなど充実してるから、我が家のように食物アレルギー持ちのお子さんがいる家庭にもおすすめ。 しかも乾燥機付きなので、着替え一着だけ持っていけばずっと過ごせます＼(^o^)／

なにか言われちゃったらずっと気になる、小心者の私みたいな人にはオススメし...
