This was one of my top 3 room experiences in my trip through Japan, according to my budget that was around 50usd per night max. The tatami room is beautiful and bedding was comfortable. I had a little back ache in the morning but was worth it for the experience . Shower with bathtub and toilet were clean and nice. The only thing that made me feel weird is that you don’t have contact with anyone through that check in, and video cameras are everywhere for the security feel. The Room with tatami was good but normally in Japan, it will provide traditional yukata dress too.  if you want to leave the luggage, you will have to leave them in front of the elevator which is not a locker.  hotel will not respond for any lost or damaged luckily it didn’t happen to me. The parking was small no parking if you rent the car or bring your car and you park next to the hotel make sure it’s a not belong to anyone otherwise you will get chase and shout by the guy who owned the parking . Every morning, our clothes, luggage, towels, etc were totally covered in dust (Please refer to photos).
