We booked this for a group of 4, and the value for money is the main reason why we chose this accommodation. We wanted a room with 4 beds that would make us feel a bit at home. It is of a pretty decent size, has a small kitchen area, and the best part is, there are 2 toilets and 1 separate bath. The location also has a lot of restaurants and convenience stores around, so you’ll never go hungry. It’s also near Shin Nakano station, which is around 5-10 minutes away from Shinjuku. Overall, it was a really good place to stay for a group.
The only downside that we can see is that the stairs are very steep, especially considering that we had big luggage. Additionally, this is an unmanned hotel, meaning there are no staff members to assist you, and there is no way for you to leave your luggage in case you want to roam around after...

Moreover, there were no bedsheets or blankets provided for the sofa bed. When I requested sheets, I did not receive a response.
There was also a lot of dust in the A/C and throughout the room. I am not sure when the room was last cleaned.

Regrettably, I will not consider this hotel for...
