I donât usually write reviews, but this place left such a strong impression that I had to share my experience. Unfortunately, I couldnât take photos because the owner didnât allow it, but I can confidently say this is the best ramen place in Tokyo!
What I loved the most is that you can choose the ramen style according to your preferences instead of just having a typical tonkotsu ramen. ð If I ever visit Tokyo again, Iâll definitely come back here.
I came to Tokyo without much of a plan and forgot to eat while sightseeing. When I returned to my accommodation, I suddenly realized I was starving, so I wandered around to find a place to eat. Thatâs how I stumbled upon this restaurant. At first, I hesitated to go in because the exterior looked a bit old and shabby. However, since it was late at night and there werenât many options, I decided to give it a try.
When I arrived, the restaurant was quite empty, and I wasnât sure if I should stay. But as soon as I started eating, more and more people began to arrive, and the place became lively. It felt like I had discovered a hidden gem. If youâre in Tokyo and craving ramen, I highly recommend visiting this spot!

When you submit your ticket, you are asked how hard you want your noodles, how thick you want the soup, how much oil you want, and whether or not you want rice as a service.
The soup is very salty and you can taste the flavor of the broth . The spinach and nori (seaweed) also absorb the flavor of the soup and add to its deliciousness. The short noodles are a characteristic of Ie-kei Ramen, but they absorb the soup very well and...
Read moreYokohama style ramen with excellent toppings (spinach, cabbage, egg, chashu, nori) and free rice. Plenty of sauces / condiments, as well as ability to select ramen doneness / chicken oil / aji level means you can customise to how you like it.
The broth with chicken oil is so delicious and goes well over the rice. Adding vinegar and garlic when you're ready just adds another dimension to the broth. Highly recommend.
Also get a nice view of the owner / staff's workflow which helped us pass the waiting time.
